After waiting one month and being double charged again on my credit card, I called Courier Post Customer Service again and was again told I was correct and would get a credit of now $39.98 within five business days. After waiting and not getting the credit I called again and was told the same thing. On March 25th, I called again and cancelled my subscription and the Courier made me wait on hold for more than one hour while they cancelled my subscription and worked on my credit that they acknowledged I was due. I still don't have my credit.
