I had a Super Munch. It didn't taste bad. But the meat & tomato were so thin you could see thru it! And only 1 slice of each 4 different meats. The cheese slices were very small also. I couldn't taste the meat for the all the mayo and the fat pieces of ciabatta. Nothing covered the edges of the bread-making bites of the edge very dry because there was nothing there. For a $20 sandwich - it wasn't worth it at all. Chances are good that I won't be back. Too bad cus I had high hopes for this place. Very disappointing. read more

I really enjoyed my breakfast from Munch A Lunch. I stopped in on my way to work as they're one of the few independent breakfast spots near my office that open at 7:00am. I had to wait a bit because the two-person team was cranking out a group breakfast order. They were very apologetic and kept me updated on the status of my breakfast. The wait was worth it! I love that turkey sausage is an option as you rarely see that in a breakfast burrito. The wrapped burrito was finished off on the panini press. Flavor was excellent. Salsa was fairly standard (you may need some hot sauce), but serviceable. I'll stop by the mext time in town! read more

Just popped in as I recently moved to the area, I always try and support locally owned businesses when I can. Let me tell you: the chicken panini I had from here was delicious, I loved it, I do have a preference for a sauce-y sandwich so next time I will ask for extra chipotle-mayo, however, that being said it was still perfect (I'm just a heathen that wants an absolute mess of mayo dripping everywhere). Locally owned and operated. I had a nice conversation with the owner while he made my sandwich. Service was EXCELLENT. Nice little spot tucked right off the street, ambiance was nice it felt like a small deli with tables and benches. Overall I would definitely recommend. That was bare none the worst Aggie sub I have ever had. I wish I had a picture, but was in shock and spent most of my time picking out the nasty bread. The owner's usually work the counter, and the personalized, friendly, small-town service is the best I've had in years. Came here to grab a quick smoothie before heading to the gym with my friend. I got the pineapple coconut smoothie (the only thing missing in it was some rum :p) which was delish and my friend got the mango flavored smooth in which she loved as well. Very clean inside which is def a big plus for me. It's sort of hidden so unless you know about it or happen to notice the cute butterfly chairs out front while driving by, you can easily miss it.
