Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful for the role, but Katrina kept my records on board and kept trying to make something work for me. She was very friendly throughout the whole ordeal and I definitely got the feeling that she was "on my side", so to speak. When things were up in the air, she kept in contact with me to let me know about new developments and possibilities and voila! Got me a position that pays 21.31 an hour (which is VERY good considering that I'm only 20). It almost felt as though Katrina has been my friend and personal agent rather than just a general employee at Symmetry who deals with dozens of potential people each day. We know lots of people who have built with the larger companies and were a little bit sceptical listening to some of their bad experiences. We loved the service, quality and construction time we got from Singh Homes. Our sales person looked after us from start to finish. We had direct contact with our site supervisor and any concerns were answered for us promptly and effectively. Building time took only 3.5 months and we are delighted with our house. Some of the cheaper ones were less expensive than I expected, but some of the more expensive ones, well, if my husband let me buy one of them, we'd still be paying it off after we retire. Had to go to civil claims court. Judge ruled in my favour. They still haven't paid, so am enforcing the sheriff to seize their property to pay my refund back. AVOID - I do not recommend them. Have since found out TWO other customers who were unhappy with their service - again, wrong colours and wrong measurements. One guy had a whole wall missing! Joe Bonello - he is all nice but when you want something he doesn't like, he gets abusive and was yelling/swearing in front of my 6 year old daughter. Very unprofessional.
