Beware of Mundahl Law attorneys!Susan J Mundahl refused to listen, dismissively working against her client's best interests by giving everything possible to the opposition! At trial, Susan Mundahl deliberately withheld material documentation that could have changed my outcome in court. During trial, Susan was so distracted by reading ahead to find her next question, that she missed opportunities to further probe witness responses to her questions, for better clarification. Susan Mundahl had delegated responsibilities to her originally chosen second chair, Alma V. Miklasevics. Susan fired Alma shortly before to the start of trial. Second chair replacement, Amy Rotering (and SJM) apparently dismissed the importance of AVM's notes regarding financial statements that had not been traced prior to trial. Unfortunately SJM withheld material information that could have changed the trial's outcome. The task of writing two extremely important, end of trial submissions was delegated to AR. Unfortunately, those extremely important trial summation documents were error filled and incomplete, without time reserved to make corrections when rushed to the court at the very last minute, despite receiving a 3-1/2 day extension of the submission deadline! ... If you want a divorce attorney who fights more for the other side than for you, this is the place to go. I had nine valid issues which were never even considered. Ms Mundahl dismissed my instructions, and she failed to enter my paid receipts, etc for my credit. $20,000 down the drain. read more

Called for a consult, spent $175 for one hour, talked with "Alma" ha!!! No advice, very bad listener, felt like I was the lawyer and "Alma" was the client. Absolutely the worst representation. Tiffane Wolter was disorganized overwhelmed and ineffective. Susan Mundahl is impossible unprofessional and rude. Tiffane did not know any of what was happening made guarantees that were false. She gave outdated legal advice and did not include details on court papers that cost me thousands of dollars her advice was horrible. She cost us more than just absolutely unjustifiable legal fees she cost me time with my children and financial loss that is unspeakable. The charges we incurred with them couldn't be explained and were absurd. Do not choose this firm there are far more intelligent professional and ethical firms out there read more
