Sure enough, it was blood. Not one single employee has bothered to clean that bathroom toilet in 3 weeks! That's disgusting and it's enough to make me go somewhere else. I'm not giving my business to a place like this that clearly doesn't give a shit about their customers.

One lady working there is very nice and apologized but the others well..... anyway as in baseball 3 strikes and you are out. So I will now be bringing my weekly cleaning to another cleaner that isn't as convenient and may be owned by same people but at least it will be different employees
