I had a vision of what I wanted done as a tribute to my sons and from my initial inquiry through the finishing touches they helped me bring it to life. Communication was spectacular every step of the way - I shared an overview of what I was looking for through those first texts which paved the way for a terrific consultation where Jesse took the time to go over everything, let me know what he needed from me, and provided some great resources for picking out the right font, even providing helpful pointers for what to look for in different fonts so that it would continue to look great for years to come. On arrival day of Jesse already had a mockup ready to go and was more than accommodating with some minor changes I wanted done. I can't say the process was painless for obvious reasons but it was as smooth as one could ever hope for. The work was clean, the price was extremely fair, and I left with a piece I'm super happy with that has already received a bunch of compliments even though it's still in the healing phase. When we walked in the studio I was so impressed with how nice the studio was. The customer service was super nice and Bruce was so easy to work with! Bruce Kaplan absolutely did an amazing job on my tattoo and made me feel comfortable. He answered all of my questions and my husbands questions. He literally checked every single drawer to find it for me. After searching, he only found 1 and offered me a discount if I wanted to wait a few days for him to order it for me. Not only did he take his time to mark my daughter's ears, he double and tripled checked it before showing me. After my daughter was screaming, he told me to take my time to calm her and don't rush out. While I was calming her, we had a great conversation.
