They have missed every deadline they promised, usually without notice or explanation. Payouts have been delayed to the point where I'm torn about whether to believe they are pocketing the extra interest on the settlement funds from prolonging the process, or if they haven't hired enough staff to complete the auditing within their given timeframe. I think the court should be made aware of their slothfulness.

Mr. Fox obviously didn't believe me, but failed to tell me that, and because of his incompetence I got a token comp at the state hearing, they actually threw out testimony of the expert Dr. whose testimony I thought was ludicrous. Then Mr. Fox didn't depose people I had asked him to at work who would have backed me up and he implied too me he had done this. I didn't find out until the hearing that he hadn't so the state believed the woman that I said helped me, she never testified under oath to that. It cost me full workman comp. I didn't dare go to court with him as my attorney, couldn't find another attorney to take the case in the middle even though Fox said he wouldn't ask for any comp from the outcome. He even cut his fee to 1/4 vs 40%. I settled for hardly anything despite the fact this condition is life long excruciating paiin. Don't hire this attorney, a term that doesn't apply to him.

[I remember that at one point she hopped up to go grab a book and read me the statute related to my key point of contention, explaining why we had a strong case.]. After the initial meeting with Cindy, I frequently corresponded with Deborah Ryan as well as Cindy. I had complete faith in their capabilities and when I emailed questions I always had a response by the end of the day. Ultimately, we won our case in court and it played out exactly as Cindy had said it would, in our first meeting...aided by Deborah's ridiculous (and admirable) attention to details that you wouldn't even think matter, but served to further prepare us for our court date. She treated my girlfriend & I w/such disrespect that we are going to report her by filing a Formal-complaint with the Vermont Responsibility Board in Montpelier, in regards to how Mrs. Broadfoot lead us on & lied to us all awhile she knew that we had Superior-Court deadlines pending & made us wait w/NO COMMUNICATIONS whatsoever for 3-MONTHS !!!! And then when we did finally hear BACK from her, of course it was bad news ! Her Paralegal told us to come pick up our File because she didn't have enough time to represent my girlfriend and the car-accident she was in & her injury ! UNBELIEVABLE. Something she could have told us MONTHS SOONER !!! It's amazing how many losers become Attorneys in this City. And they get away w/treating innocent people like dirt ! And get away w/it ! You try & tell the acting Judge that the Atty who has your Case-file is taking several months to review it, and the Judges hands are tied ! Even the Judge, after telling us she couldn't give us any legal-advice, went ahead & told us about the Vermont Responsibility Board. I'm certain the Judges are sick of these types of lame Attorneys & their unethical & disrespectful behaviors too. Ultimately, when we 1st met Mrs. Broadfoot, she made us feel so confident that she was most likely going to take my girlfriends PI case & represent her & her serious back injury. Even after we made it perfectly clear that we were running out of time to secure Counsel. But then, after we dropped off my girlfriends case file, per Mrs. Broadfoot, Mrs. Brioadfot held onto my girlfriends case-file for over 3-MONTHS. ALL WHILE PRE-TRIAL Hearings were already scheduled & coming & going. So we fearfully but patiently waited & waited & waited & waited & waited for Mrs. Broadfoot to contact us w/in a reasonable & respectable time to either confirm she was taking the case or to tell us we needed to find another Lawfirm to take the case. Mrs. Broadfoot KNEW the clock was ticking ! Well, after not hearing back from Mrs. Broadfoot for 2-ENTIRE MONTHS, many of our emails & phone calls went unanswered to Mrs. Broadfoots office demanding some answers. Still we were falsely given hope that Mrs, Broadfoot was going to represent my girlfreind & take her PI case to Trial. Well, 3-ENTIRE MONTHS LATER Mrs., Broadfoot has one of her Paralegals reach out to us to tell us to come pick up my Girlfreinds entire Case-file because Mrs., Broadfoot wont be representing my GIrlfriend because she just doenst have enough time ! This was just 2-weeks prior to our 1st & only Pre-Trial hearing ! THIS ATTY IS ONE OF THE MOST SELFISH & UNETHICAL ATTORNEYS I'VE EVER MET !
