About a year ago, my uncle -- or perhaps my aunt Anne through my uncle's phone -- texted my dad his desires to drain the complete estate dry through a drawn out legal battle with Cheryl and my dad. We don't know why they did, other then perhaps maybe feeling ever-so-slightly slighted that they couldn't refinish their kitchen sooner. Brogan & Yonkers ensured that my grandfather's estate was executed in accordance with the trust and his wishes. They ensured that they weren't able to abuse the clauses contained in it to try to draw out a legal battle. They will never undo the misery of knowing just how little the duo I used to consider my uncle and aunt think of us, of course, but if Scot cared, maybe I would've met him more than once in my life. They greeted me, however, with a smile and with respect every time that i knocked on their door with questions, concerns, or more paperwork to drop off, and they treated my family with more dignity and respect than Scot's lawyer (who continues still to misspell my name) did. This should've all been over a year ago, but even though it isn't, you've ensured a great value within the work you've done for my aunt and my family as a result: something to at least offset the pain of losing a man I respected so greatly.

My uncle had me look over the simple trust he had them do and my jaw dropped. I have not encountered such a poor grasp of integrity in all my years alive. For simple amusement i decided to play along and go "finalize" his trust in all hopes i was misunderstanding this whole ordeal. From the bottom to the top in this tiny firm i found no consistency of morals or in fact knowledge of the law. They push the same old loopholes to cheat beneficiaries after the death of a loved one or in lay-mans terms -"whatever keeps bringing them business after the sale".
