I was impressed by how clean it was and also by how friendly the staff working was. Between the four of us we popped in and out a few times, got some snacks, used the restroom, and took some time to feed the baby before we got back on the highway. 4/5 stars because I was really hoping for a canned cold brew and they only had coffee energy drinks which I don't care for. I ended up getting some kind of frozen coffee thing they sold, which was fine, but it would be nice to have a few more options.

So it's cheap and its clean and easy to use and it's right off the ring road of Emporia heading to the highway.

I felt that a retailer should honor a marked price in their store so I boycotted Sunny's for eight months! Last week I stopped by the store in hopes of speaking to the manager but instead encountered the same salesman as mentioned in the before indecent. I very calmly tried to communicate with him only to be met with a very agitated and aggressive response. He accused me spending 45 minutes in the cooler and posting an old sign which I had found in the cooler. Both are false accusations!

The convenience store offered a cheap fountain drink special which was nice; I needed something to perk me up. The lady at the counter was friendly. Hardly anyone else was there so getting gas and checking out was quick and easy. Selection at small convenience store very basic. Bottom line- if all u want is gas and a clean pit stop, come on by. But don't go out of your way if you need more options or expect more than the basics.
