The place was empty with my order and 1 other online order on the board after mine. The employee made the fries right away putting them in a box which sat open for 15 minutes. The burger and cheese sticks sat on the prep area for 15 minutes as well unattended while the employee went and talked to another employee duringthis time. She finally decided to get back to completing my order after waiting 21 minutes. Needless to say after letting the food sit 15 minutes on the prep area it was cold. The cheese sticks on my burger were solidified like a cold cheese stick from the refrigerator. She couldn't be bothered to even salt the fries. Terrible food and terrible customer service. This is probably my last time giving this location any business. It would be zero stars if it was an option.

Needed a quick stop for the bathroom and a cold drink. We unto a place that looks a bit sketchy…read more Lots of people filling up and inside. Got our drinks and a few snacks too( it's over an hour til we get home and get food). But, upon finding the restroom see that it is barricaded by a mobile soda cooler and a snack stand. Thankfully the attendee said the restroom was open for us, just move the stuff out from in front of the door. So, feeling better, got our drinks and such and off we go. Thankful for this place for a quick stop.

Therefore causing our bank to ding us 2 times for 60.00...over a 4.51 pack of smokes. Called the manager and waiting for them to correct it. Just plain ignorance. If you do not know how to use a cash register then you don't need to be working in a gas station. We use this gas station for CONVENIENCE...after all it is called a convenience store...but nothing being convenient any longer.

Conveniently located near OSU-N campus and for the residents of the West End of Newark (bar any bridges being closed for reconstruction). Great savings are to be had, if you own the BP Visa Card with Pump Rewards! I never go in the Convenience store. I stop for fuel only. 4 Stars for cleanliness and location convenience!
