I asked them to count down the register because I was absolutely sure I gave them a twenty-dollar bill because that was all I had in my wallet at the time. I even said that if I'm wrong I'll apologize. They began talking in a foreign language and ignoring me. I asked them 3 times to speak English and they refused. Finally, a man appeared who spoke English and I asked him if they spoke English. It was a yes or no question. I wanted to know why they wouldn't respond to me. This man ignored my question, so I asked again and he said "they are learning". I asked again for the register to be counted and again they ignored me. I wasn't there to steal, but I didn't want to be shorted on my change, either! I was asked to give my phone number in case they came up short. That was after asking them twice to count down the register and they wouldn't. They had two open registers so they could have continued to check out other customers while doing this. It was a very bad experience which was resolved by another employee who spoke English. I cannot recommend this business under it's current management.

She said Express had free air and their workers are mighty helpful. She was right. I rolled in there and asked to use their air station. They were extremely pleasant and filled my tires up with that sweet Southern air at the psi I wanted. They would have done this for no charge. That's not common these days. I gave them some gratitude. This type of service is what builds legions of loyal customers that span generations. Keep up the great work!

When I picked them up, all four wheels had been scuffed and scratched because their "technicians" were careless with their tools. Calling them technicians is being way too generous and probably an insult to real ones. If you like the look of scratches and gouges on your wheels which leads to oxidation and eventually more problems down the road like air leaks at the bead and structural weakness around the lug nuts, then this is the tire shop for you.
