When asked to create something special for a funeral with a high budget, Business owner assured us it was possible to create. By the time we picked up arrangements we were very disappointed when we saw it was not what we had asked, nor what she assured us she could do. As it was 2 hours before funeral we had no other choice but to use them. Later, a family member tried to clear things up with petal pushers but the assistant referred to my family as "dumb for picking up the flowers anyways" . How professional.. also, later to our realization we noticed owner used fake flowers from Lowe's grocery store. Which is a big deal when you spend that kind of money. When asked for a full refund owner only wanted to give $100. And would not negotiate anything more than a gift certificate (like as if we'd use them again after this horror story.) Family still tried to come to an agreement but owner ended up blocking her phone number very unprofessional business leader. Very upsetting and unprofessional the way they treat their customers.

Now we can find their gift shop treasures in town. Lots of really lovely alpaca products, along with local Bee Wranch honey and other gifts for critter lovers. And the teddy bears here are the softest I have ever felt. Soon I hear the very sweet owner, Heidi, will be bottle feeding her baby kangaroo at the shop!

They also had jewelry, chocolates and small leather goods, including adorable made in Mexico leather and hand painted key chains in the shapes of hearts and guitars. Ballroom Marfa was closed due to the virus and last time I went they were out of Prada Marfa prints but The Marfa Store had Prada Marfa stickers and postcards! Very friendly service. One of the store owners manages the JackHop app which tells you what is open during these weird times.
