I asked Murray Hill Company to help out by signing as an equivalence to me on an affidavit form so I can find out who, not this company, fraudulently cashed in my co-op's maintenance check and attempt to get cash back, but these guys refused to sign to provide any help. In addition, they send an email to me referring to me with the incorrect name and refer to the same issue a couple times, and wish me luck on this cash loss. In addition, I've tried calling into this place multiple times to help answer questions I had and kept getting pushed around by different people who answered. They tell me they'll give me a callback and for a whole month of waiting, with no response each time and having to repeat myself each time I called. It's incredibly annoying to deal with these guys and when I drop off my check in person, I just wait until one of the guys takes it and tells me they're good and I walk away without chatting them at all by playing music in my earbuds because I'm done with them. read more

Worst property management company ever! I do not even think they operate legally. Wish the government can audit their credential. They get paid for doing nothing. Very rude in communication and Tony likes to play the word game. They always try to push off the issues/tasks with my building which are within the scope of their responsibilities. Just a bunch of lazy people who get by the day with time cheating and pushing the tasks off or touring you around, hoping that the clients would resolve the issues on their own so that they don't have to deal with them, while they can easily sit back and get paid from the clients. Very unprofessional, very rude, very lazy. I seriously think that they may be lack of the credentials to operate. I wish somebody from the government can look at this review and perform an in depth audit/inspection on this company. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a horribly unethical company that could care less about your questions or Apt issues. They don't answer phone calls or emails. Constantly claiming that the manger Tony is away in "court". I have been hung up on multiple times and even yelled at for calling in the past. (Mind you, Your building is PAYING this management company and they have the audacity to treat customers and residents in such an unprofessional manner) If you are lucky enough to actually speak with someone they tell you to to either write an email ( that inevitably gets ignored) or that they aren't responsible ( for issues that under law they ARE responsible for) and that you should deal with your neighbor directly. We have experienced leaks caused from old burst pipes in the walls which the management should have taken care of but actively ignored us, building wide mail theft, residents getting dogs in a no-dog building, growing rat infestations, chipping paint and wallpaper, filthy lobby and hall ways, ALL of which no one cares to fix and yet management is never available to resolve a single issue meanwhile the maintenance/rent keeps going up. Getting this management company into our building was the worst decision our building board has ever made - now our building is the worst and most poorly kept in the neighborhood with nobody buying/renting empty apartments and the cost of real estate for our building significantly dropping down within as little as the first year with Murray Hill Company. Stay away from this management company by all means, Tony and his team are fraudulent and rude people with staff that follows similar footsteps. Very unfortunate for all the residents and buildings that have to deal with them. read more

Management does not get back to you. Sends unprofessional emails with CAPS when they do. Ignores calls and does not get work done in timely manner. Would not recommend to anyone! read more

By far the best management companies to deal with. Tony and Mark are always available and accommodating. They have invaluable experience in the realty business.
