Hands down the best plumbing company we have ever used by far!!! I've used several different plumbing companies in the past and have never had a good experience even once! But last week I had an emergency come up with my septic tank backing up so I started calling different companies. All of them were either INSANELY high or they couldn't even fit me in for at least a week and a half because the job wasn't "big" enough for them to rush out for. Thankfully the next company I called was Murray Plumbing and I have never been more grateful for anything in my life. I've gotten so used to being charged more than double what I was quoted, I've had companies show up hours after they were supposed to be here, and no matter which company I used, I was always left with a super mess to clean up after. That was definitely not my experience this time with Murray Plumbing! When I called them I was freaking out cuz my septic emergency was making my entire neighborhood smell horrible. I spoke to the owner, Ryan. He was so calm and so confident he could get it fixed for me ASAP, that I was instantly reassured and calmed right down. And Ryan delivered on everything he said that he would and then some! He had someone out at my house within an hour to get started on the job and then he joined shortly after to make sure the job got done for me that day. They were so quick, knowledgeable, on time, highly professional and they were incredibly fair on the price. Not to mention, I wasn't left with any mess to clean up after! If you think you might have had a plumbing issue at the worst possible time, we might trump that. Ours occurred in the middle of the night, one day after we accepted an offer to sell our home, and the escrow had started! We had backflows from our sewer line and snaking/plunging didn't fix it. Ryan and his colleague came out on short notice on a Friday afternoon (I called him on Thursday) and made a first run at power rooting the line. It worked for awhile but the problem returned. Ryan offered to come back on the weekend but I said we can make it til Monday. He was back first thing Monday and did some more power rooting plus discovered a relief valve malfunction in the sewer outlet outside. Reset on that valve plus power rooting on the main sewer line fixed the problem. We were on the verge of having to leave until this could be remedied, but Ryan/Murray Plumbing came through quickly and effectively. Hats off to them, highly recommended!! read more

A couple of weeks ago, I changed propane companies, and the techs installing the new tank "red-tagged" my house, due to the fact that my system did not pass a pressure test, and suggested that I get a plumber to track down where any leaks might be happening. This was just as we were entering the 4th of July weekend. Ryan came to my house the first chance he got, and was able to track down two major--and very dangerous--leaks.
