Went awhile ago. Picked up a Cloudius 9 and worked on the price. Went in today the only ones below 100 he downplayed. I swear he told me the first time 75.00 when he checked the price. Now it's 99.00 asked if he could do anything on the price and he refused. It old him how the manager when I got my other one and he gave me a lame excuse. Then told me he was the manager when I asked to speak to management. What a line of bull. I'll never go there again. The Atomic 9 suggested retail price is 59.99. They want 99.00. Looks like price jackers and probably blaming covid like the other disreputable stores out there. Stay away from them, like a heart attack! read more

Salt nic juice I bought had to of been sitting on the shelf for months on end . Ask the guy before buying it and he said they switch them out monthly . Also got denied to open the box and see the juice before . That should of been my first red flag . Good luck hope they aren't scamming you and selling you expired juice read more

I've been to this place a couple of times. The staff member are all cool and know their juice products. Ask them anything, they know everything! Can't beat their prices anywhere else. Went last night and bought a new vape! I asked many questions, the biggest thing I DIDN'T want was 18560 batteries, I prefer the built in batteries over the removable 18650s so with that in mind I ensured to look at vapes that the guy said were built in batteries! I ended up with the Segelei Humvee 80, and I again ensured to ask it had built in batteries and the guy promised it was built in! I get home and being excited to set it up and use it, I get it out of the box and notice it has 2% battery so I grab the charger cable and plug it in and get it ready to use! I got busy and about two hours pass by and I go to get the mod and find it's still at 2% not really knowing why I just let it charge overnight! I wake up in the morning and find the mod is still at 2%. I get off work and return to the store barley 24 hours later to return it thinking it's defective. I walk in and am greeted by a different guy, I tell him my issue and explain I would like to exchange it, he then informs me it's not holding a charge because it needs a single 18650 battery (EXACTLY WHAT I DIDN'T WANT) so I tell him what the guy the night prior told me and I explained to him that I would like to exchange it for something more of what I was actually looking for! He told me the best he could do was sell me 2 batteries (even though it only needed one) I explained to the guy that I was misled and provided incorrect information about the product, he looked me up and down and locked eyes with me and said "you weren't misled or provided incorrect information, you misunderstood) so my question was: if everyone knew it needed a 18650 battery, why didn't the guy sell me one last night? If I had known it had a removable battery I wouldn't have bought it! If I knew it needed a battery, why am I standing in front of you wondering why it won't charge? So I asked him when the manager will be in so I can come talk to them in an attempt to make the situation right, the guy told me "the managers come in at random so I can't tell you, you will just have to keep calling and see when and if you can get through to one" what kind of customer service is that?? He basically told me I'm SOL and made me feel stupid for not knowing it needed batteries then called me a liar and refused to acknowledge or even attempt to correct the situation and allowed me to walk out spending an additional $22 on top of what I spent last night, and allowed me to leave EXTREMELY upset! I come here all the time and have never had a problem like this, they have sold me the wrong tanks before and I came in and they corrected it no problem, I've been sold defective atomizers and they fix it no problem, but all the sudden I'm a liar and it's a problem! This situation made me lose trust for the employees at this store and that makes me not want to spend my money there anymore! Why would I go somewhere that misleads me on the products, sells me something I never asked for with features I specifically said I DIDN'T want then refuses to acknowledge or correct the situation and flat out calls me a liar to my face? Why? Why would I do that? Go somewhere that makes you feel stupid for someone else's mistake? No thank you! I loved this vape store, but I can't trust going there again! read more

I have bought some decent stuff there my connect I really like and I usually will buy some staples there if I'm waiting for a internet order. lately though I don't know what's happened to this place they seem to have zero knowledge of any of the products they sale and are more interested in there flavored nicotine sales then there other products that are useful to the Utah patient community. I recommend shopping here if you have some time and patience also they will tell you literally anything about a product to sale it so do your own homework. many of the items you buy will not be under the manufacturer warranty if you buy retail they will tell you they are an authorized dealer to sale you a product but they in fact are not at least for Greco science ( according to Gro Science). so my shopping there has been positive and negative. the owner seems legit and and out of Murray smoke shops at least this is by far the best I have found. bottom line if you don't use the products or have any knowledge of them you should probably find a different line of work. please excuse any spelling or grammar errors this was typed on a iphone8. read more
