English & Spanish ​ I wanted to change my status through an English school and when the School was doing the paper work they made a mistake that was the reason why USCIS denied my change of status. That was when I decided to hire a lawyer from Musa-Obregon. I appealed USCIS' decision through Musa-Obregon, but there were a lot of things I did not like about them: 1- It may take weeks for them to respond my emails, or call me back (because I was never able to contact the lawyer when I called her) 2- They do not have enough time to check properly the cases, a man I know who also had a case with Musa-Obregon told me that they did not answer his calls or emails either, so I realized that it did not happen only with me. 3- In early December 2016 USCIS sent a response (letter) for my case, I was never notified by Musa-Obregon, I realized they sent a letter because I checked the USCIS website and it shows the last update. I contacted my lawyer for the last TWO MONTHS asking her for a copy of that letter but in those 2 months I did not receive a letter/answer from them. And when she finally sent it to me, there was a page missing. They did not send the second page where USCIS was letting me know that the petition had been denied again and I had to leave the country right away. At first the school makes the mistake of fucking up my legal status, and now Musa-Obregon sent me an incomplete letter, because maybe they wanted me to start a new legal process with them. Today I received a copy of the letter, and that's when I noticed there was a missing page. I feel immense sadness, that I went to Musa-Obregon seeking for help, and now I end up more harmed. Zero stars for customer service. Al querer hacer un cambio de estatus me inscribi con una escuela que cometio un error haciendo mi papeleo, por lo cual me negaron la peticion. Fue entonces, cuando me recomendaron Musa-Obregon. Apele la respuesta de USCIS atraves de Musa-Obregon, pero a lo largo del caso hubo varias cosas que no me gustaron del servicio que recibi por parte de ellos: 1- Pueden demorar semanas en responder emails, o devolver una llamada (porque nunca pude contactarme con mi abogada cuando la llamaba) 2- No tienen el tiempo suficiente para dedicarle a los casos, un senor que conozco que tambien llevaba un caso con Musa-Obregon me contaba que tampoco le contestaban llamadas o emails, entonces me di cuenta que no pasaba solo conmigo. 3- A principios de diciembre del 2016 USCIS envio una carta de respuesta para el caso, yo nunca fui notificada por parte de Musa-Obregon, me di cuenta porque revise en la pagina web de USCIS y ahi decian que habian mandado una carta. Dure DOS MESES pidiendole a mi abogada una copia de la carta, y cuando por fin me la envio, me la envio incompleta. No me envio la segunda pagina en donde me decian que la peticion habia sido nuevamente denegada y tenia que salir del pais. Al principio la escuela comete el error de hacerme perder mi estatus legal, y ahora los abogados me envian una carta incompleta, porque querian que yo empezara un nuevo proceso con ellos. Hoy recibi una copia de la carta, y por eso me di cuenta. Siento inmensa tristeza, que acudi a un bufet de abogados para que me ayudaran con mi caso, y ahora termine mas perjudicada. We hired Musa-Obregon for immigration services and we were beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. We initially hired them because apparently they were "really good" and honestly if I could give them a negative rating, I would. Not only did they delay the status of our case to at least a year or more but they couldn't even get simple paperwork down in terms of the information that was to be provided on the applications. There were beyond 1000 errors on the application forms and they honestly did not care about their clients (or at least our case). We didn't even know who our lawyer was up until the day of our case and they didn't even bother reaching out to us for any preparations whatsoever as to what were to expect and next steps were. Given the outcome of our case with them, we decided to terminate services with them. Definitely would not recommend. read more

My friend received document regarding VISA fee charges for "O" and "L", both paid already. Please note that my friend does not have a right to apply "L". Since the document which has "Musa-Obregon Law, PC" logo, my lawyer made contact to confirm the document was really issued by them or not. Finally, I was able to reach Musa-Obregon and spoke to him directory. Not only the document was not issued by them, also there are no VISA work, but my friend paid the fee to the New York based agent - "On The Road Management". They clearly confirmed that it was possible "document forgery" by the agent, which will make a big damage to Musa-Obregon Law office ...... Hope, Musa-Obregon Law office will take an action to file the criminal case in New York to avoid future business. read more

I have never seen a law office more unprofessional than Musa-Obregon. First of all, you don't even know your lawyer until the day of your case. They have some idiot handling all your paperwork up until the day of your case, who happens to make countless mistakes (their secretary, admin. assistant) like CMON. The FIRST THING to law is knowing how to fill out the paperwork correctly and that's just the BASICS. How do you fuck up someones paperwork 100x? Anyway, on top of that - they also lost my case so they definitely sucked at representing me during my case. Had a dishonest auto shop that would "create" a new issue with my car each time my husband brought it in for a repair. Mr. Obregon took our case, even though it was a small case he took it on.
