If you want to share our blazing experience, you should without question, go see Rodney…read more Our vehicle we purchased at this Chevy certified dealership CAUGHT ON FIRE. Yes, our back rear window caught on fire in January, during sub-zero temps, with snow on the ground. Unfortunately I did not have any marshmallows for the active fire burning on our new (to us) $28,000 truck. If this flaming experience still hasn't gotten you fired up to purchase a vehicle here, being talked to as less knowledgeable because I'm a woman really made the experience so enjoyable. On top of our fire and broken glass in the back of the truck, Rodney didn't see it to be an issue. After hours of pleading, we finally were able to get our fire damage looked at. OH BUT WAIT! None of the issues were fixed. The truck still had glass, was given to us with half a tank (why? Unsure), and my husband was without a truck for over a week. *this is based off our own fiery experience with this Chevy certified dealer, purchasing a used certified Chevy - if your experience is different I am extremely jealous** I'm from the Valley of the Sun - I never thought I'd purchase a vehicle in the land of ice and snow that would not only catch on fire *with active flames* but have a small town dealership treat me the way they did. If having a fiery experience with Rodney sounds like your cup of tea - stop on in! Also! When you go inside a dealership that doesn't offer to help, or actually inspect your trade in - there might be an issue. *this is based off of personal experience, and opinions only*

Navigation was a deal breaker and found out this vehicle did not have it. It was advertised as having navigation so they ended up having it installed. Great service and you can tell they care about their customers. Go see Brad for a great car buying experience!!

Two-Part Review - Sales & Service…read more This is a two-part review based on my experience purchasing a 2021 TRD Pro in June 2024 and my ongoing service experience. Sales Experience (4/5) When I came in, I knew exactly what I wanted. The truck had only been on the lot for about a day, and I came prepared with a significant amount down. I thought that might help with negotiating, but eagerness + a rare model doesn't exactly create leverage. Lesson learned. Financing and management were solid. The salesperson was newer and didn't know much about the truck, so I ended up educating him a bit. No hard feelings -- everyone starts somewhere -- but as most people know, buying a vehicle isn't usually anyone's favorite process. Overall, I'd call sales a 4 out of 5. Service Experience (5/5) This is where they've really earned my business. I purchased the prepaid service package and have been consistently impressed. I'm now around 70,000 miles. They've made recommendations when appropriate but have never pushed unnecessary upsells. Oil changes are typically done in about 30 minutes, communication is strong, and they even send technician walk-through videos explaining what they're seeing. One visit stood out -- after an oil change, I had barely left when they called to say they noticed a small amount of oil where my truck had been parked and wanted to double-check everything. I turned around immediately. It ended up being minor residual oil from service, but the fact that they were proactive enough to call before I even made it home said a lot. Most recently, Hunter in service was excellent -- clear communication, honest discussion about what needed to be done now versus later, and he even honored most of a prior 15% service promotion after checking with management. And a huge shoutout to Larry, one of their senior technicians. I mentioned a small bumper issue while the truck was on the lift. He set expectations properly and said he didn't want to risk causing more damage. When I came back to pick it up, they had fixed it anyway -- no extra charge. That's under-promise and over-deliver. Sales was solid. Service has been exceptional. I'm currently considering purchasing a second vehicle -- possibly a BMW M4 or Z4 with the inline-six platform shared with the Toyota Supra. Living in Fargo, we don't have a BMW dealership locally, so service matters. The fact that I'm seriously considering a $50,000 used vehicle partly because I trust this service team to potentially help support it says everything. That level of confidence doesn't happen by accident

After costing me over 500 dollars in a variety of repairs, 1600 miles in, the tranny let go. Earlier The Same Day I Bought my 08 Subaru Impreza from Nick's Auto, I decided to check out a Subaru legacy at Corwin Toyota. I have rarely seen costumer service that was this bad. I was promised a test drive by two separate salesmen and the car wasn't even in their possession yet. They said they were waiting for that persons new car they were trading it in for, to come in. I then said goodbye... The minute my dad and I walked into Nick's Auto we felt welcome. the Subaru I wanted to test drive was sitting boxed in by a few cars because they were plowing the lot. As soon as I explained who I was and which car I was interested in they started moving the cars that were in the way. The test drive went great and I loved the car. When I Got back The sales guy was helping another family with all of the purchasing paperwork for a really nice car with almost as good of a deal as I got. He apologized for the wait, I was happy to wait because of just how polite he is. When My paperwork stared, I found out I was short because (due to MN law) I needed to pay for registration/plates up front. I needed just under $6,000 for everything included and I told him that with the money I didn't plan on spending I had just under $5,800. He decided that with the little crack in the windshield, the fact that it needed an alignment and a little personal Generosity. He would come down $200 from $5,500 to $5,300 which was awesome but I was still short by $70 so he did me another solid and knocked off one the purchasing fees involved. Now I LOVE this car but the service I received throughout this purchase has me already recommending Nick's Auto to everyone I know. -Thanks Guys

Not once did he make a crack to me that "mommy and daddy have to pay my bills," neither did he give me "the funny look" associated with it. He is a true professional and I'm sure he understands the money-aspect of paying a bill for services rightly rendered. I moved from the area in 2010, returning in 2019, but 2022 is the first time that Mike started working on the major components on my vehicle. Financially, he's working with my wife and I, as our funding possibly dropped and the insurance to cover repairs is in limbo. Now, his work ethic is stellar. Mike and his team do outstanding work in a shop and at a location that one would expect to feel at home in. These guys do an outstanding job and stand behind their work. One mechanic in Fargo filled my oil with seven quarts of the synthetic that I brought in, telling me they had looked it up to inquire how much an '07 Ford Escape Limited would take (if they had, they would have noted it took six, not seven). A few weeks later, I had to have them suck out the one quart, which may have created problems with the a/c clutch assembly, which Mike's Auto Service repaired. I have no qualms or issues with having Mike and his team work on my vehicle and they will now continue working on it. Up to now, my vehicle (s) didn't need heavy-hitting service, but in the future, this gentleman has my business.
