I had a wonderful experience at Muse Salon. Hannah is so so sweet, friendly and did a fantastic great job with my all over color - I darkened my hair up a bit with a tint of red. It turned out perfect! The salon is super bright and open, and has a very inviting vibe to it. I was able to book online for a same week appointment, which was also super convenient. I had my appointment at Muse Salon today. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised...Salon is adorable. The vibe is really relaxing and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I got a haircut and mini highlights along with blowout. I love it!! While I was there i decided to get a spray tan. I was a little nervous because I had never done this. The spray tan was done by CoCo. I have to say she put me completely at ease. She explained everything. Professional and very kind. I love my tan! Needless to say I feel wonderful. First time appointment yesterday with the beautiful Klara!!! She started off sooo welcoming and attentive! And only got better from there!! She listened and she cared what I thought! And then she performed her magic! I love absolutely everything she did from shampoo, conditioner, color (OMG amazing color), cut (perfection), styling (again- perfection) and her lovely personality was a total bonus! I cannot say enough amazing things about Klara and this salon! She absolutely saved both my hair and my daughter's. Our hair had seen better days, but Klara worked her magic--especially with blonde color. She truly knows what she's doing! Our hair looks healthy, vibrant, and absolutely beautiful now. Yes I would totally not repeat not ever go back in there again I went in there wanting a trim with a brush dried shampooed head she would not shut up till I let her wash my hair and then she gives me layers when my hair was all one length and took about 5 in off of it I was so upset I was crying and the owner juju said to me when I asked her why do I have layers her exact words and I put this on everything I love she told me because you're stylist thought you needed to be blended well I will be seeing them in civil Court the ball is rolling stay away from that place they ruined my hair and it has caused me so much emotional stress it's not even funny I'm 60 years old it took me years to get my hair growed out and they ruined it shame on you guys I did not want to be blended I will be seeing them in court trust me stay away from that place they do what they want to you're here not what you want and The stylist that ruined my hair's name was Alyssa read more

Recently went to Cheyenne for 22inch hand tied extensions. She's a miracle worker! They are gorgeous, blend beautifully, and the placement allows for high ponytails. I could not be happier. Since posting my previous review including photos of the awful haircut "fix" #2 which was far worse than the 1st botched job - I paid way too much for - especially considering even super cuts did better haircut for me as a kid! $60 not including tip for what should be a simple shampoo layered cut & style?! = Rediculous! $35 for a hairspray I was told was "buildable.." but it makes me have a bad taste in my mouth and the stuff does NOT help hold one's hair in style at all! So... no one from the salon answered to my previous post with photos- I may bother to get my money back - I may not bother- just what it is that has people with 0 care about customer/client service or experience these days. Tragic even a world wide pandemic has done only to worsen people's attitudes and treatment of fellow human beings. I am thankful I at least found a different hair studio that was able to fix at least as best as it could being cut so in even everywhere and way too short in back in several areas - the better hair studio I went to I am happy to share also highlighted my hair too and did great job on that as well - so I got almost all I originally was wanting in spite of the 1st salon (Muse) messing up the cut. So took off my photos and am leaving things with this here update. read more

Juju performed my Crown Spa service with facial and hair cut/blow out after... talk about LUXURY!!! She made me feel so pampered, from the champagne welcome, to the hand-selected products catered to my exact needs and her thorough but gentle application in my own luxury private room. And the crown spa was a new and invigorating experience that I will definitely be back for! I felt so relaxed, cared-for, and listened-to. Plus I normally have course, dry hair - but by the end of my service my hair was shining and felt so healthy, hydrated, silky and weightless that my friends and family noticed immediately.
