3.5 rounded up to 4. I booked the early morning factory tour for 9:30 AM. I was the only person on the tour so it was essentially a private tour of the factory, sounds good right? Well no cameras or phones allowed on the tour, but OK. The problem when I went the main factory was closed due to a new production model of Lamborghini being set up so I got to see the SUV factory. It was interesting to see the entire vehicle stations from frame to finish, I think about 20 stations total. All the custom colors, configurations like left or right drive, custom interiors, and wheels/rims. An interesting tour, just would have been better if it was one of the sports model of Lamborghini. On to the museum. The first floor was older more historic models. The second floor was newer models. I had been to the 2 Ferrari museums the day before and liked how they were set up with the model name and info on an easy to read place card. It wasn't until I finished touring the first floor and was about halfway through the send floor that I finally realized that the info on each model was on the stanchions, and not all of them exactly near the car. Not very obvious and the grey lettering on white background doesn't really standout. Overall an interesting museum, especially if you are a car fan. But if you only have time to tour the Lamborghini museum or one of the Ferrari museums I would recommend a Ferrari museum. read more

After visiting the Modena Italian Luxury car museum, we couldn't leave without stopping here given they were so close. About a 1/2 hour Taxi ride from Modena. We inquired about the factory tour but unfortunately they were fully booked so advance booking is recommended. About 20 cars in the collection and looks like it rotates. We arrived soon after they opened on a Tuesday (9:30) and not a lot of traffic but started to pick up when we finished around 11:15. Would recommend planning for 1.5 hours. A Simulator is available and the shop, next door, had a good selection of merchandise. I was impressed with the collection and really enjoyed the first floor which showcased the early years. I only remember the Countach and after models. 65 350 GT is the one! Staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. They had lockers for luggage which was perfect. About 20 cars on display and one game simulator in two floors. A couple of models are not real (plastic and cardboard). Some models look deteriorated and could be better maintained. Parking lot in front of factory/museum, ~98% full by 10:30am since it's also used by employees. Air Conditioning is not strong enough on a 40 ºC/104 ºF day with about 30 guests inside. WiFi works only on the 2nd floor. Might want to avoid the social network registration by clicking on the bottom button (Italian only). For Game simulator you must BUY SEPARATE TICKET IN ADVANCE. No cafeteria, bring your own water bottle and plan on visiting the Trattoria on 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor with no baby changing station. The "Boutique" (Shop) is outside of museum. Maybe one of the biggest let downs in my life. Flew all the way here from Florida to see the assembly line and the Revuelto and saw neither. The 23 euro ticket is only for the small museum. I'm so angry. They said the factory tour starts May 2 on my birthday and I won't be anywhere near here. FYI Sant'agata Bolognese is near nothing. It's not easy to get here. I knew more than most tour guides about the cars anyway. Not worth the 23 euro in my opinion. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

Beautiful and small museum that goes through the history of the car manufacturer and the man behind it. Photos tell the story. Taxi from Bologna was about 20minutes and €55. I went to the Ferrari museum as well and this one beats it hands down, I was a little underwhelmed by Ferrari they had very few models and display and most focused around five minute movie presentation in black and white with not very good sound Around the history of Enzo, there's Lamborghini museum included the very latest models, concepts, and some older classical's, by far superior experience, if in the area and only have a choice of the two I would highly recommend to come to this one read more

Since it's not very easy to get to unless you have a car, we decided to sign up for a third party tour of the museum and the factory. One thing to keep in mind is that the factory is closed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Our tour company didn't tell us about this important detail. So, we could not see the factory. If you need to pick just one museum (not the factory) between Lamborghini and Ferrari, I recommend that you choose the Ferrari museum. I'm glad that I visited them both, but if you only have time for one, that's what I recommend. read more

€15 entrance fee was ok and €20 simulation test drive was not worth it. The drive only last 7 minutes and its almost the same as PlayStation at home. I did not do the €75 factory tour but the regular museum only had about 10 vehicles and nothing else. Ferrari museum in Marenello is better. read more

Visited on a Sunday morning. Not bad, but not as exciting as I had hoped. Lamborghini doesn't have near the history of Ferrari, Maserati, or Alfa Romeo, so I wasn't expecting a gigantic display, but I was at least expecting a good sampling of the early models. This is a very small museum - but there would be room for of each model ever produced. Only one pre-Miura model on display as you enter the museum, then a very sparse collection of pre-1980 cars. None of the V-8 cars of the '70s, and only the most popular of the others. The whole second floor of the museum is more like a new car showroom. The current model offerings in various levels of trim. To me, it was a bit dull seeing cars that you can see just about anywhere. But if you're an auto enthusiast, you have to go. I can't say that I would have been tempted to spend the extra money to see the factory, had I been there during the week. You can be in and out of this museum in little more than an hour. Too bad. The two Ferrari museums are much more interesting. But it was incredibly disappointing that Maserati keeps their museum closed on the weekend. Next time I'm in the area, I'll make time to see Maserati and Ducati (Bologna - also closed on weekends) during the week, and venture up to Milano to visit Alfa Romeo. read more

Very nice museum right beside the factory but also very good temporary exhibition about Ayrton Senna with many cars that he drove. Come with a baby troller and you will also visit the lift! Entry price is similar to Pagani and Ferrari although much smaller than Ferrari. read more

Drove 5 hrs from Rome to make it here. If you are a fan of the car I suggest you book a tour of their assembly line ( around $70 US) the tour takes around 1hr and will show you all the ins/outs of their Huracan and Aventador models. The museum at the building is also very neat to see , the factory is in this little town in the middle of nowhere and about 15 miles from the highway but again if you are a fan of the vehicle is worth the drive. read more

The home of Lamborghini! What can be bad about this?? When you get here, you can visit the Lamborghini museum, which is nice, of course, but for an extra charge (40 Euro), they will also give you a tour inside of the factory, where you can see the assembly line of these amazing cars. It is an amazing experience as you walk through and watch the made-to-order cars move from station to station. Sadly, no cameras or cell phones allowed inside the factory, so no "inside" photos to post :-( When I was there they were only producing about 5 cars per day, as they are still retooling for the new models. Absolutely amazing!!! If only they had given me one to drive home in at the end :-) read more

Had a great visit to the HQ and museo. Too bad it was on Easter week and the factory was closed so I couldn't tour the actual plant. Lots of great old Lambos to see. Annoying that this one lady employee kept following us around like we were going to steal something. read more

Amazing museum. The cars on display are non of the rarest and coolest cars ever created by lamborghini. The factory tour is breathtaking, but very interesting. You hear lambos revving it and see them driving by all the time when youre there, you might even see customers taking delivery of their new lamborghini when youre there, well at least i did. Staff is very nice, but the place is pretty far and in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Dont take a taxi there, they'll charge you 7 million euros to take you there, and another 15 million euros to take you back.. BUT, if you have the time (and the money) and love cars, you wouldnt want to miss this experience read more

A MASSIVE RIP OFF. It's cool, sure. Informative (when you can actually hear the guide), sure. But €75 is about 5 times what it should be. I couldn't hear the guide about 70% of the time and eventually had to take the headphones out because it was just giving me a headache. And the simulation is a step above your play station and not worth it at all. I wouldn't pay €5 for the simulator. I don't understand all the positive reviews. Did this one for my son who is a die hard fan. Even if your not a car person per se, this is well worth the investment. Lambo really is the standard which all others are judged. A completely different experience than the Disneyland like Ferrari museum. Make a reservation months in advance on the website if possible. Our tour guide was thorough and the tour was the best of three we went on Ducati, Ferrari and Lamborghini. And I own a Ducati! read more

We visited the museum and attended the factory tour. I would give six stars for the factory tour. Yes, you are not allowed to bring your phone or camera, but they walk you right through the middle of the production line. In our case for the top of the line model, the Aventador. I have seen these factory tours on TV, but being there in person was an amazing experience. The museum itself is not as expansive or interesting as other auto museums I have been to in Germany and Italy. It's nice, but not worth the trip from my point of view. If you go, make sure you reserve a factory tour ahead of time. read more
