I had a…read moremotor cart because I have disability problems..I got my prescriptions and wanted to shop and my battery in my cart was going dead...I asked three different associates to help me and none of them would help me so I had to keep turning it off and on to make it to the front ..when I got it to the front I told a associate it needed to be charged and he just walked away from me ...I have never been treated so poorly before in any store...very sad ..not sure if I will Ever go back and will tell everyone I know what happened to me.

Let's start off with how rude the target staff was....said "Hi" to everyone who was non-colored and when my husband and I continued walking in, no hello and smiles from greeting changed to looking away. Went a second time because what I bought didn't work, hoping that this time would be different. NOPE! Went to guest service to return my item and no hello, showed my receipt and the cashier didn't believe me that the item was in good condition, when tags were still on and never worn. I am not entitled to people saying hello to me but at least have some good customer service...Do I want to say Baxter Target is racist? Maybe? But what I do know is that BAXTER Target needs to work on customer service towards people of color. I walked away feeling diminish of myself, my own color and felt like I wasn't good enough. I left feeling frustrated. I looked up the repair on the internet and ordered parts off of Amazon and fixed the problem myself. Only cost me 30 bucks. My gain, their loss. BTW he told me the item was irreparable- it now works fine. Poor customer service and a poor employee.

Then they send an $800 bill and say you need to return the phone for the rebate... or you can upgrade your contract for an extra $15 a month for unlimited blah blah (she has unlimited everything already). I call Verizon corporate and they tell me her old phone DID NOT QUALIFY FOR A REBATE AT ALL, so Wireless Zone just ran a scam on her from the get go. The plan is simple, find old person let them think they get something for free then send a bill and tell them OOPS! you forgot to turn in the phone, oh shoot now it looks like Verizon is no longer accepting your old phone! Just terrible, so you owe $800, BUT I tell you what I can do for you, how about blah blah. These people are depraved.

They promised both of my 92 year old parents free phones and my husband an $11/mo version few weeks later, and all 3 were charged full price. Verizon customer service said there were no promos on those phones at that point in time. A $5/mo charge for upgraded Verizon cloud was also added to each line, without their knowledge or permission. When I challenged the store, they claimed that it "automatically" attaches to new lines and you just need to call to have it removed. I don't believe that's either true or even legal. I got a new phone from a different store and had no such charge. I was told they just realized that the promos weren't attaching to the phones and had turned in paperwork to correct it. So far the only correction that I've gotten is a small credit for each line from customer service to try to prevent me from breaking the contract and taking my business to T-mobile

The store was pleasant and appeared to carry many beautiful instruments. I encountered an older gentleman behind the counter. Me: "Excuse me. I'm wondering if you rent instruments by the month?" Him: "Yes we do. What kind of instrument are you looking for?" M: "An electric guitar." H: "For yourself or...someone else?" M: "For myself." (WTH???) H: "No. I'm sorry. We Don't rent those." M: (Looking around) "Ok, do you sell them?" H: "Yes, in the back of the store. There's a gentleman back there that can help you." I thank him and navigate my wheelchair carefully through the rows of instruments to reach the electric guitars. There was a younger man towards the rear of the store, busily unpacking a large box. Man" Hi. Are you looking for something?" Me: "Yes, I'm looking for an electric guitar." He nods and turns back to his work. I browse the selection and see several that I like. Unfortunately a couple are hanging up on the wall much higher than I can reach from my wheelchair. Me: "That one is beautiful! I'd love a closer look." The young man gives me a nod, then returns to unpacking his bos, turning his back to me. Now I'm getting confused at the peculiar customer service. I browse the rest of the selection of guitars that I could reach, eventually get tired of being ignored, and roll out of the store without another word from either man. Apparently, they are particular about what type of person gets the privilege of giving them money. I'll buy my guitar elsewhere.
