This is NOT your average 1-star review... Musique Shop has stolen from me, from my family, and its finances. Over a year ago, I ordered a crash cymbal for 450 euro or so on their website. They never sent it. They never refunded me. Then I found out that hundreds of other people have been scammed and ripped off, as well (look into it, the reviews are aplenty.. the people have spoken). There are lawsuits in the works, a few of us are banding together to get our money back.. apparently it's the only way to resolve things. Feel free to message me personally to join us.. I am collecting a file on the matter and speaking to my lawyer colleague. This place needs to be met with force in a court of law. Their day of justice will come. We will not rest until the owner or person responsible for stealing huge amounts of money from musicians is behind bars. Mark my words. We are artists, we are struggling already, we are parents, buying instruments for their children to learn a new instrument. The music community is supposed to stick together. I've never been so violated before by a "business" in my entire life. Musique Shop is a mugger in an alley-way with a weapon and they tell you to stick your hands up in the air, and to give them your wallet, and then they run off after hurting you and stealing all your belongings. They are no better or different than these criminal scums of the earth. Karma will come in spades to the person/people responsible. read more

Absolutely not recommended! Placed an order and had to wait 4 months to figure out that the article will never be delivered. No Money refund, no service, no answers, telephone is never reachable. DON´T PLACE AN ORDER! read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Parts advertised as quick delivery, then once ordered you receive no communication, my order is still not with me, I have no idea if I am receiving the package or not. There are lots of MUCH better music shops that won't mess you around like this lot do. read more

JUST AVOID! Phone number does not work. Helpdesk / contact form does not work. Items show in stock but they're not. When provided, tracking numbers are false. C'est incroyable qu'une boutique qui existe depuis tant d'années puisse agir de manière si malhonnête. Cela fait déjà deux mois que j'ai passé ma commande, dont j'ai la facture, l'email de confirmation et le justificatif de paiement, et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Ils ne répondent pas à mes emails, ne prennent pas mes appels, et ont fini par bloquer mon compte. Je ne suis pas le seul ; j'ai vu de nombreux commentaires d'autres acheteurs qui ont eu des expériences similaires, mentionnant le manque de réponse et le fait qu'ils ne reçoivent pas leurs commandes. Peut-être que je leur rendrai visite en personne lors de mon prochain voyage en France. Je vais aller jusqu'au bout, même si cela signifie les poursuivre en justice. Ce n'est plus une question d'argent, mais de colère et d'impuissance face à tant de malhonnêteté. Ils n'ont pas l'air de comprendre que certains d'entre nous ne laisseront pas passer cela, coûte que coûte. Je déconseille fortement cette boutique. read more

Ho ordinato a dicembre uno strumento, numero ordine 6000007249, sperando di poter fare il regalo di compleanno alla mia compagna, vista anche la disponibilità di consegnare l'ordine in 3/4 giorni. Ho agito impulsivamente e fidandomi unicamente sulla base di quanto riportato sul sito. Devo ricredermi adesso alla luce dei giorni trascorsi, delle comunicazioni mai avvenute sia per quanto riguarda la spedizione dell'ordine che per le risposte mai avute sui tickets aperti, sia per la terribile reputazione su trustpilot che ho scoperto solamente dopo a cose fatte. Mea culpa? Probabilmente si e me ne pento per non essere stato più attento. Ma se ne dovessero avere loro giuro di non essere in alcun modo indulgente. Sto recandomi in questo momento alla polizia postale per sporgere denuncia e poi alla guardia di finanza perché non essendo un caso isolato, da quel che leggo, devono essere bloccati al più presto. I 100€ che finora mi hanno sottratto? Spero possano mangiarseli in medicinali o spese legali. Edit 2.0: i signori dopo la mia segnalazione su trustpilot hanno provveduto a rispondere "che avrei ricevuto l'ukulele questa settimana" ricevendo notifiche via email ed sms. Niente di tutto cioè è ancora avvenuto. Ho gia provveduto a sporgere denuncia presso le autorità. Verranno citati a breve. These people are criminals. Read all the reviews-I wish I had before I returned a piano bench I bought from them from the UK. The item was unopened-I returned it because the colour was completely different from what they advertised in their website. I spent £29 to make sure it would arrive to them quickly. It did and they confirmed that. They even claimed to have given me a store credit (Credit N°300001155 for Order N°300070855). But it is all a lie. I don't have a store credit (and to be honest I wanted a refund not a store credit!) and I don't have my money back either. It's been over two months since I returned the piano bench, I tried to contact them with their crappy ticket system which they just ignore. There is no other way to contact them. This is the first time I have used this company but never again. I requested a refund before they processed my order, but a week later I am still waiting for refund. I first called them to request the refund but they told me I have to go online to raise a ticket as they can't do anything on the phone for website. So I tried to find their email address but it is non-existent. Instead you have to raise a support ticket. After 3 working days no-one had looked at my request. So I phoned another 2 times and finally someone said it was sent to the finance team for approval. As yet no refund has been received. This is the worst musical instrument company I have ever dealt with. Never again. read more

Took my order knowing they had no stock when website showed they had stock, after 6 weeks and countless messages i called them to cancel the order, i actioned a charge back on my visa , then 3 days later they send me the item , i did not want it but to much hassle to send back i contacted Visa and informed them the item arrived and to reverse the charge back, they told me to inform the shop to dispute the chargeback which they did and got pais. noe they keep chasing me for another payment threanting me with legal procedings . . I ordered and paid for an immediately available product in December and the salesperson promised to deliver it to me within a week. After being repeatedly lied to, I cancelled after a month. The refund, according to the law, was due in early February. In mid March, there is still no refund. The company blocked my account on their site and is not answering my calls. read more

I ordered a guitar for my son on 3/8/22. It was supposedly in stock and would be posted within 2-5 days. The next day the order was "confirmed" and money taken out of my account. Since then this company has completely ignored every message I have sent to them asking - first - for an update, and - more recently - for a refund since they are clearly not in a position to fulfil this order. We needed the instrument urgently and not having it arrive within the promised timescale has been frustrating and disappointing. I only wish I had read the reviews on TrustPilot before I ordered. I will be keeping an eye on my account to make sure my "support tickets" and messages sent to customer services do not get deleted as they seem to have done with other customers. I have taken screenshots as evidence and I am getting ready to ask my bank for a chargeback. read more

I'm being totally ignored by their post sales support. I bought product with the delivery promise of 2-5 days. Support gave crazy, non concrete answers while I asked when I can expect realisation of my order. Finally, I've been advised to contact Roland directly and check with their supplier delivery estimates. So unprofessional and rude!!! Plenty of times I requested cancellation of my order and my money return. No answer on this! So I lost my money, and they are not communicating at all now. Hope some supervisor of this ignorant support will finally read this opinion and do something with that. read more
