Had an axel seal blow out while driving on a 32 hour road trip. Stopped in because this place had…read moregood reviews and seemed to get people back on the road quickly. I ended up stuck there for 3 days (waiting on a part), and within 2 hours of leaving the shop the seal they replaced had already failed. Had to tow it to my local shop where I live and had to repay for the same $700+ dollar job. They also charged my card more than the receipt stated. Very disappointed. My mechanic (whom i've taken my car to since I got it over 4 years ago) showed me they had incorrectly replaced 2 wheel studs after they broke them by using a hammer on them.. The Differential was also not sealed properly and started leaking as well in that 2 hour ride after leaving their shop. Now I'm out over 1400, when I was supposed to be on a nice vacation to see family for my baby shower. With a baby coming it was money I simply did not have, very disappointed they sent a pregnant woman down the road with faulty work knowing it could've caused a wreck. If I could, I'd give 0 stars.

After numerous calls to Robert, manager, Kwik Kar and owner Cary Corbin, I got no help, not even an apology. They said they were not responsible and offered no settlement. Only after I advised that I would begin to write reviews on the internet did they finally refer me to Valdimer at Sentury Tire USA in Hialeah, FL, the distributor. Valdimer called me back immediately on 10/13 but said I would have to talk with Hilton and that Hilton would call me back. After waiting 2 days I have left 4 messages w/ no call back from Hilton over a period of 7 days.
