I've never been able to pinpoint just what it is that makes this bar and dim sum restaurant so amazingly popular, playing host as it does to huge, buzzing crowds no matter what time of day you go there. The interior is very plush and stylish, and service is prompt and professional. It's advisable to go as soon as you can after work in order to beat the rush, as the main bar's seating is fairly limited.
Must is unique in the sense that it is essentially a really nice bar that happens to specialise in a huge range of oriental food. Although a large proportion of their meals are seafood based, they also offer a good selection of meat and vegetarian starters and main dishes. You would think somewhere as fancy as this would charge an arm and a leg for their food, but for what you get the prices are surprisingly good.
I had a bowl of hot and sour soup on a particularly cold day, paid a touch over £3 for it and was very satisfied with what I got. The soup had clearly been prepared from fresh ingredients and was a real treat. My cheeks were rosy for my entire journey home! read more
