He dismissed it as "just a soft tissue cut," told me to take OTC meds, and wrote me out of work "until further notice." His attitude was hostile, arrogant, and dismissive. This doesn't just damage his own reputation -- it makes the entire OrthoNY practice look bad, which is unfair to the many doctors there who actually care about their patients. I will never return to him, and I strongly recommend others avoid him.

We arrived early to check in, and were fully checked in 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. We've been waiting an hour since the scheduled appointment time. Probably 50 people have filtered in and through the waiting room. 3 looked like they already had braces. Everyone else walked in and seemed fine. Yes, I have triaged before. No, I've never run an operation this inept. Two people arrived and were seen immediately for their appointment. Yes, I am well aware of how scheduling software works. Maybe you should get some training?

Once again the Malta Office of the Saratoga Physical Therapy Associates has made my therapy a…read morewonderful, successful , short and fun (yes fun) experience. This time I came in with shoulder pain and limited mobility of the arm. Matt O'Neil (the Boss) is often training students at this location. This time he suggested that my course of therapy be done by one of his students Roadhouse (nee Dalton). I was naturally leary of putting my body in the hands of a young student. Roadhouse was extremely knowledgeable, professional, talented and did something at times uncommon in young people and the medical field, he listened to his patients before each appointment and adjusted therapy. Unfortunately Roadhouse's internship was time limited. So the Elf (nee Reagan) stepped up to the plate. She too was extremely knowledgeable, professional, talented and listened ( but a bit vertically challenged than most). Jess (affectionately called Titanium) filled in once and provided her professional expertise with caring and good humor I have been to several PT providers in the last (almost 70 years) and this is the first place that didn't shuffle you around to different therapists every visit and provide the same treatments every time you visited. They take their jobs and profession very seriously but make it fun to be there (yes PT can be fun). You wanted to go back for your next appointment. You can see the bond formed when you see patients graduating ( being discharged from their course of treatment). You will see hugs patient to therapists. Thanks to Office Manager Gail for attempting to manage these wonderful crazy people, and Randi (well Randi is well Randi).

Turns out that was not the case as it was limited to an EKG, which was performed by a person reading from a manual. Office manager apologized as they have new people. In a later conversation the next day, the doctor also apologized while offering me the same excuse though refusing to order the tests from an outside provider saying I should go back to the surgeon, who himself advised me to have my provider perform them. Today I received a call from Family Medicine of Malta with the results of my lab (blood) testing. I never had blood work done there! They confused someone's blood with me, who never had any blood drawn. Oh My!
