We've been having the same issue so we made another claim with Choice Home Warranty. They scheduled an appointment, I had appt window from 7-11 today. Technician texted me at 8:30 and said I was next after his current job. He then asked me if we have a pump condenser, I didn't know the answer. At 10:41 I asked if he was still coming and he said no. I STAYED HOME FROM MY AUNT'S FUNERAL to meet this guy!! He's decided I need a pump condenser WITHOUT LOOKING at my unit. Yesterday morning's external temp was 54 degrees, unit was set at 67 degrees. I bumped it up one degree so it would come on and Eheat came on. This should not happen. DONE with this company and would not use them.

Steve came out & gave me a price on new unit(this was on Friday afternoon). Couldn't get to AC & Fur down for a couple of weeks, but came out Monday (today) & installed new AC. Will get Fur Down unit in cooler weather. Men did a quick but Great job. Up & running in a little over an hour. Highly recommend!!!!

Great service, trust in customers…read more Our AC had been freezing off and on all summer. Our Home Choice Warranty plan was useless. After 2 No shows of companies contracted out and an approved company called One Way Heating and Air, who in my opinion tried to pull a fast one on us. Said we needed a pull and clean which would run 850.00, HCW denied it saying it was a maintenance issue. We called Aztech who found the problem right away. They put in a new contactor and didn't charge for the part til they were for sure it was the problem. Who does that? Our A/C has been working great ever since. Thank you Aztec for trusting us and getting our AC running.

They sent someone as soon as they could. The plumber did the work efficiently, did a very tidy patch, and showed up wearing a mask. Very reasonable rates. I will use them again!
