It is not the first time my family and other family members have been mistreated by her. I recommend seeing H. She calls me after having my dog for hours to say she has an emergency and won't be able to finish grooming him, this was ok as she didn't charge me for just washing him, however this was a waste of my time as I expected my dog to be completely groomed. The third experience with this lady was awful. My 2 dogs were there all day literally from 8am to after 7pm, and still hadn't been groomed properly. She had no real reason to give for them being there all day and still not groomed properly. This was when I decided I was not going to bring my dogs to her anymore and let that be that. However, this lady gave my personal information out to someone I was sueing in court!!! How unprofessional and disgusting of her to give out my person information like that so at this point it needs to be said. Go elsewhere for dog grooming!
