We've called at 17:30 o'clock for a Pick-up at the Airport. 30 min later they picked it up and delivered it to it's occasion in Helsinki downtown. The employe in the callcenter (Marko) gave us minutes after the delivery the data how became the shipment. Thank You and greetings from Berlin

Do not use this company…read more Avoid at all costs. Will search your belongings and threaten to destroy them unless you submit to their extortion. Do not use this company especially if you are not Scandinavian or suffer any sort of medical issues. They have a severe problem with racism and ableism. This is evident from their warehouse workers up to management members such as VP of Sales & Strategy Bille Larsen. They are unprofessional and have very poor customer service. They are unable to give clear instructions. They will search through your belongings, including your private medical information. They will remove objects and open medicine. They perform illegal searches without any customs or police oversight and will attempt to put the customer on the line for extortive charges if anything is said. Warehouse employees will remove objects from your shipment, that unless, as is in my case, another employee stops them, you lose. If you object to any of these methods, Alfa Moving representatives will demand you remove your shipment or they will destroy your belongings. If you are already in transit for a move this is very stressful and their 7 day demands nearly impossible to meet. Alfa Moving have a racism problem. If you are not from Scandinavia or the country the Alfa Moving branch you are using is based in, they feel you have no rights. Their VP of Sales & Strategy, Bille Larsen feels any customer who does not let Alfa Moving do whatever they wish, including illegal searches, is a "bad person" who is "not owed anything" and has "no rights to anything." Alfa Moving should not be blue washing their business by pretending to abide by the UN charter. Alfa Moving should not be claiming to abide Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption ABC-Charter when they operate like this. Alfa Moving should not be a certified member of FIDI with this sort of business practice. if you ship with this company, you open yourself up to bigoted incompetence that could take you months to fix. If their VP of Sales & Strategy, Bille Larsen feels comfortable to state he believes customers have no rights and are bad people for attempting to preserve their rights. Consider what someone lower in the command chain than VP of Salts & Strategy Bille Larsen thinks. This company is toxic and should be avoided at all costs. You may not be able to see it, but many of the reviews in other languages are bad. Do not use Alfa Moving. Avoid at all costs.
