And also she takes into account the views of the client. Waiting room is big. Office is a bit smaller but equipped with everything what´s needed. But there are more rooms where are all those machines and other things needed for physical examinations. Thanks to this they can provide really large scale of services. Love it. Dogs are usually very friendly here. Office is well euipped. They offer all important kinds of vet food and nutritional supplements mainly from Hills. They provide pretty good services. Stuff is friendly and speak english more or less. We had only one bad experience with one young doctor but that was three years ago and she doesn´t work there anymore. Otherwise local vets are pretty well educated. I wouldn´t say that they are amazing but they are definitely good enough. The thing is that the communication can be a problem sometimes (mainly taking client´s opinion into account). But I recommend this place especially if you live in Vinohrady.

Kindergarten for dogs is in this case place where you train your puppy and socialize him with other puppies. They use their backyard as a practice field. It´s small but big enough for puppies. Methods of training are based on latest trends in dog´s trainings and are very efffective. Martina Načeradská is amazing professional who has a huge knowledges and experiences. And communication is not a problem. She speaks english too. More info after we will have more experiences also with vet services but it seems that it will be for five stars anyway.

That doctor (young one) should practice approach to a client more often and not to be so arogant. But maybe he just had a sleep deprivation. Anyway, they are very well equipped and their vets are mainly very good specialists with a lot of knowledges and experiences. There are many rooms where they examinate animals so even if there are more people waiting so you don´t have to wait for too long. The only disadvantage of this place are prices. I know at least one vet clinic where thes same quality of services is provided and it´s cheaper.
