We recently purchased and moved into a home that had speakers in the ceiling inside and also had outdoor speakers. We really wanted to be able to enjoy the system but had no idea how to access the speakers or connect them. Pat came out, gave us a great price and comprehensive explanation of what we needed and why. He didn't try to upsell us and told us what our options were for future expansion of the system if we chose. He and his team came out today to get our current system up and running with new amp, receiver, and sub. He also replaced our outdoor speakers and mounted our TV. He gave me an in detail tutorial of the system once it was done and even let me call him to troubleshoot something I didn't understand. I cannot recommend Pat and his guys strongly enough. Contacted the number and Pat, the owner, responded quickly and we were able to set something up. Jason and Nick came by to mount an 85" TV and 3 solar powered security cameras. They called when they were on the way. We had already purchased a full TV mount but even though the it was rated to carry the weight of the TV, Jason recommended against using it. However, MVP comes equipped with everything--hardware, mounting brackets, cables, etc, so he used a tilting mount that saved me a significant amount of money compared to the full motion one I had purchased. He also explained that he couldn't put the TV exactly in the center of the wall due to where the studs were and because the TV was large and heavy, it really needs to be anchored well. They installed the TV and hooked up my ethernet, Firestick, and DVD player. After they installed the TV, they went outside to install the cameras. We did a walk through and told Jason what I wanted and he helped me decide the best placement for the cameras. He set up the cameras with my phone and everything was good to go! They were polite and respectful, even put on shoe covers when they came into the house, then cleaned up the dust from cutting the drywall to hide the wires. I am so glad I decided to use MVP to install our Samsung Frame TV. I threw them a couple curve balls since the wall I wanted it mounted on has board & batten which required amending to allow the mount to sit flush. The sideboard I purchased to go underneath the TV & hold the One Connect box, receiver, etc isn't a media cabinet so they found a way to make it work for me. Of the few A/V companies I shopped for a quote, MVP was the most responsive and highest rated. At $199 per TV with equipment included, I thought the price was pretty fair as well. I had two TV's that I needed to mount before our 12 PM house warming party on a Saturday... after a couple days prior of going back and forth with Pat on text, I was relieved that they were able to make an "exception" for me on that Saturday and come in the morning... all seemed well until his guy showed up over 30 minutes late... really awesome Regardless, the guy and his son had my 60" and 70" TV's mounted with the cords behind the wall in our living room and bedroom in just about an hour or so.
