They have also replaced commodes and a new bathtub with a shower. All the work they have done has been excellent and I would recommend them to my friends and family. They probably are not the cheapest but they do quality work and for that you pay a little more. They have never had to come back and fix a mistake, done correctly the first time.

Contacted my regular plumber (not Cox) and found out he was out of town on vacation. Finally called Cox after 5 pm. Was pleasantly surprised when he answered the phone. He had other jobs already scheduled but was able to come by on Sunday afternoon. (I had shut off everything I could think of so the leak had stopped. Was afraid it was the toilet by the kitchen.) He was able to arrive an hour earlier than he expected which was great. Long store short... he was able to diagnose the actual problem (wasn't the toilet) and the issue was resolved. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable. Nice guy and the cost was actually less than I expected for an emergency weekend plumbing call. Hope I never need a plumber again but I would definitely use Cox Plumbing again.

They talked us through the process let us know what was going on and I felt like they were completely honest weren't trying to get any more out of us and that was a relief. He also had an additional truck that was hauling equipment to dig for the septic in case it was more than 2 feet down which it wasn't but it was refreshing to see that he had his own equipment not like some of these other companies who tell you if it's more than 2 feet you will have to rent equipment not only will that cost you a bundle more but the headache is just not worth it. I have just moved to the area so finding a reliable company is really important for me and I truly found that in this company and I would highly recommend them to anybody that is looking for any septic needs.

However they did not show up until 10:15 with no call saying why they are running late. They came and said that the tank was a sealed tank that they would come the next day and drill a hole. That same day after they left the renter at the property noticed that there was a lid but it was farther over to the right -- this was later in the day. So I and my dad figured we would tell them when they would call the next day that were coming -- because they said they would call when they are coming. They did not call. They showed up UNANNOUNCED and started drilling a hole in the tank. Which did not need to be done if they would have just called. They screwed us over by: not showing up on time, not communicating, performing work that was unnecessary, and charging astronomical amounts. Ended up paying close to 600$. And to beat it all off the day they drilled hole they said they couldn't put a plug in it because they forgot it. That they would show up Friday and put it in, they did not show up. They didn't even complete the crappy job they did! All because they scammed us. Do not us this company, they are not worth it. I do not recommend them!
