Over the years, my homeowners insurance premiums continued to increase by hundreds of dollars, and despite repeatedly reaching out to the agency with questions about these increases, I received little to no response. I have emails documenting my attempts to get answers. What is especially frustrating is that when I eventually left a negative review, the agency suddenly responded and acted surprised that I was unhappy. My response was simple: this was the most responsive they had been. I ultimately decided I no longer wanted to work with the agency and obtained replacement insurance. When I recently tried to cancel my homeowners policy, I was again unable to get timely assistance from Stallings. I had to contact the Company directly to find out how to cancel the policy without going through the Stallings. Based on my experience, I felt like the focus was on continuing to collect money rather than providing the level of service and communication I would expect from an insurance agency. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this agency to do their research, ask questions about how their premiums are changing, and make sure they can actually get a response when they need one.
