We also had a horrible experience with another accounting firm prior that took the case and did a sloppy job. I was rather disheartened until I found Michelle. She and her staff are extremely professional, warm, and courteous, and it has been a pleasure working with her team. The only thing that clients should be aware of is that you may not know how much the fees will be until the documents are ready; I guess because prices are due to the amount of work/complication.
