Fantastic meeting venue. The rooms are large and well appointed. Very professional and well serviced. The staff are friendly and very helpful. If you are looking for an office venue or a place for larger meetings or small conferences, I would highly recommend this venue read more

I'm a huge fan of MWB meeting venues - but this isn't one of the best. I've used several of their venues in London and Birmingham and both the standard of the meeting rooms and the personal service offered has been five star on each occasion. This venue was OK, but not as good as Baker Street or Regent Street. The hospitality staff were a bit elusive and the reception staff not particularly with it. They just need to raise their game a little bit. read more

never start your business using this company, every office is the same, victoria, soho, oxford street. very nice when selling it, could not care less what happens once you have signed. Totally agree that they never resolve problems but its worse than that. So far I have been moved fifteen times and evicted to a new office once, they happily sell your office to another company once you have rented it and then move you, without offering you compensation for new stationary, letting clients know. Now will tell you about their virtual office solution, this is apparently the same as having your own office, your client will ring your number sometimes they answer it, other times it will ring up to sixty times before they get it. If you complain, they do nothing and make out you are being a problem. So you have eight people in a call centre answering calls for thousands of MWB clients there are not enough people to answer the phone and it sounds just like a call centre. If you complain about a member of staff they dont care, and if one of the six call in sick less calls will be answered. They have had a serious effect on my business and know this but still do not care go with Regus do not go near this company read more

Terrible customer service and very poorly trained staff who can't cope with the basics. AVOID if you're looking for a managed office for your business. Problems include: Reception not securing your post and sending couriers up to your office when no ones there to receive the goods. They then often get left in the corridor for you! What is the point in managed offices if they can't even look after post and deliveries for you? Picking up from reception, sometimes they want you to sign to say you collected, other times not, no consistency or procedures! Tired old lift system that's often breaking down. Cleaners who will tidy up your office late at night, and leave the door open and wander out and around to other offices whilst your locked office is now unsecure. Email responses to your issues take forever to be replied to. 2 days is not uncommon for a basic request of information. Lights can be off for days in the corridors, offices and toilets until someone eventually shouts enough for the bulbs to be replaced. Poor health and safety in their comms rooms with network patch cables not run through the cable management system to keep it neat. Cables run out directly across to servers rather than through raised floor or hung ceiling, which is just dangerous! Internet and IT services are offered at stupidly high prices and if you rent a section of the leased line the way it's allocated is NOT correctly done, meaning the bandwidth is still shared amongst all clients and your download speeds are often crippled which shouldn't happen with a 1:1 leased line circuit. Voxclever, the partner IT provider are pretty useless. You can forget any chance of an SLA!! If you come to look around, be nosy, ask to see the comms rooms etc and you will see the mess and chaos. On the good side........ errrrrmmmmm, they occasionally hand out a free chocolate bar from reception on a Friday. So basically a premium price for a very poor level of service. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Meeting room reviews they do ok, as it takes more than a day for the huge cracks in their service to appear. read more

We were clients of MWB Business Exchange in Reading, for over 15 years and we used to have not only virtual office, but Office space for long periods of time as well, paying more than 700GBP monthly and have used MWB Business Exchange facilities of meeting rooms, conference rooms there on several occasions. We could have found mail box to rent for as low as 200GBP/year, but chose to stay with MWB Business Exchange for all these years, and it looks like it was a mistake. One day we were informed that our contract with MWB Business Exchange was terminated and the troubles started. We were denied the possibility to talk to the supervisors and after multiple phone calls and emails we finally got the chance. You would think a supervisor would stand by his client's side and try to help you are wrong. We were told that the reason of the termination was that we were having few small parcels and they were taking a lot of space and since the centre was 100% booked, they didn't have any space to store them. We were receiving few small parcels at our virtual office address in Reading from time to time, which were almost immediately collected by our couriers and removed from their premises by the next day at the latest. We told that we will move these small parcels and asked them to re-activate the agreement as we were not aware of the fact that small parcels were not allowed to be kept for a couple of days until collection. Also, we were issued an invoice of £200 for handling costs of few small parcels which was outrageous, but never the less since we were asked to pay for receiving the parcels this means that we could receive the parcels if we were willing to pay the charges for the storage. The supervisor we talked to, Mr. Benjamin Churchill, was very defensive and rude as well as the general manager of Virtual Offices Mr. Neil Packman. We told that we would like to rent an office space and were told that they have plenty of free space to choose from! That looked like good news, but apparently it wasn't! After people in Reading understood it was us we were denied to rent an office space due to the fact that the center was 100% booked! They didn't care that only a couple of hours ago we were given the green light to rent office space! As we didn't want to give up, we have reached out to even higher departments of MWB Business Exchange and got to the Revenue Director Mr. Jon Chappell, who in the beginning was very polite and helpful and confirmed in writing that we will be able to get our office back! After waiting for 2 weeks for the new agreement to be sent to us, we got an email stating that he was mistaken and we are not allowed to reinstate our agreement. The service we received is totally unacceptable. This is not the way that a self respected worldwide known company should treat its valuable clients of so many years. And the funny thing is that everyone at MWB Business Exchange seems to be covering up for everyone else and avoiding telling us the real reasons why the agreement was terminated which clearly seemed to be the fact that their employees at Atlantic House Reading were too lazy to provide us with the services that MWB Business Exchange is so swiftly advertising that they are offering to their clients within the Virtual Office packages like notifying when new mail arrive, handling and forwarding mail promptly, ect. They are totally unprofessional which is clearly supported by the fact that they recently had to sell their company to their competitors to avoid the filing for bankruptcy. Steer Clear of this company because all you going to get is problems, nasty surprises and more problems in the end. read more

Have to agree with the other comments about the poor service from MWB Business Exchange. They are cringingly nice to you to get you into the building and paying for their very expensive services. Which wouldn't be so bad if the customer service you then continue to receive as a client matched the money you pay. Sadly it doesn't. Issues reported take weeks to resolve. You have to constantly remind them if you want anything done fast. Staff seem poorly trained and disinterested (probably get poorly paid I suspect). Promises to look into your issues are repeatedly broken. Don't even deserve 1 star I'm afraid. There's other managed office providers out there who are doing things much better. My advice, avoid MWB, they need to take a good look at their staff from the top down and get them trained to be efficient in dealing with clients issues. read more

If you really don't give a toss about your business and looking for crap service and enjoy fighting everyday with issues and costs. Then MWB is the place for you. Trust me I have sucked and seed for three months and I can guarantee it is the worst experience you could possibly imagine, with obserb internet charges, broken lifts and demolisied staff, total lack of security (we were burgled on day 1) with aliens wandering the corridors and nicking your kick. You could not imagine a worse scenarior than this. Do they care? No. Should they care. Yes. Their marketing says one thing. The reality is very difference. There is only one way for a company like this. Down. And they will take you with them. If a fight a day turns you on. This is the place for you. Can't give minus stars unfortunately. read more

I would avoid setting up your company at the MWB Victoria Greycoat Place venue. Problems include: Ridiculous pricing structure for purchasing their internet connections for your office. A small mark up is of course expected. But not over 500% mark ups on leased lines. Crazy. Poorly trained staff. Don't respond to emails about their clients issues and problems. Lifts in the building are old and poorly maintained. Often breaking down and causing frustration for resident businesses and their visitors. Poor security controls over building access. Poorly maintained comms rooms. Often messy and used as storage. Cabling all over floor etc. God knows who checks their health and safety. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere to setup your office. read more

I agree entirely with ginrichard but would add the words "incompetent" and "deceitful". They will cheat you at every turn, and when you actually pay them for a service - like posting mail, or setting up Internet - they'll screw it up and not take any responsibility. I am now in a Regus office and 100 times happier simply because they deal with me honestly and do what they say they're going to do. read more

MWB are the greediest, least customer focused organisation you could ever hope to do business with. I highly recommend that you do not use any of their facilities at any cost. There are better providers with better facilities and a much more customer orientated mindset out there read more
