She didn't use too much pressure or too light of a pressure. She made sure to tell me to let her know if she needed to go deeper or lighter but it was perfect the whole time. She used oils that smelled so good and had relaxing music playing which she told me I could have her turn off or down or even change songs if I didn't like it. Candles made it even more relaxing.
