They got me in right away. They were courteous and friendly and seemed very knowledgable about what they do. They went above and beyond -- while Luis fixed my flat, Dylan checked under the hood and found (and cleaned out) a mouse nest in my engine compartment. The little monsters had started chewing on wires, and if he hadn't caught it there's no telling what damage would have happened. Seeing as they potentially saved me a huge bill, I'd say that's great value! I'm really grateful to Dylan and Luis for their prompt and excellent service, and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone -- especially as they just recently took over this business and seem to be doing a great job of turning it around. But it didn't get any of the not sticky tree falling off my car. The windshield did not get clean at all. Had to use the wiper fluid to clean that afterwards. It also didn't get the stuff off the top, trunk, or back of my car. Maybe it is because I got the basic wash, but even the basic should get the chunks off.
