My daughter wanted to go to a spa and I found this one online. Before walking in, a worker (owners daughter)came out and greeted us and told us they would be taking care of our party soon(we were early). My daughters and friend got manis, pedis, and facials. They loved their experience. They wore robes and felt fancy. My only complaints were that I thought with the facials they would be in a comfortable seat and have cucumbers on their eyes but that didn't happen. My daughter wanted cucumbers, and the facial was done before I could take a pic. Another thing is that some of the staff were not talking with the girls to make it more fun while getting the services. The owners daughter (im bad with names) was very friendly and was talking to the girls and myself . She made the whole experience memorable from the moment we got there. She made sure my son and husband were comfy while waiting for the girls to finish by giving them chairs and pillows and putting a movie for them. She was very nice and had great customer service I would take them again for another spa day hopefully the minor tweaks would be made by then. read more

My daughter had her 5th poodle in Paris birthday there and they really did a good job in the vision I had. I am extremely picky and they exceeded my expectations. The owners were very courteous and professional through the entire process. All of the guest raved about how great everything was. The only thing was there was supposed to be a dessert and candy buffet and there was only a candy buffet Other than that they were awesome!!! read more

Hi my cousin and I just got back from your boutique and are very disappointed. The service was sloppy and unorganized. I sat for a good 30 minutes to an hour waiting. Once I finally did get treated it was effortless and the painting was careless. The polish on my toes literally slid off. There was also nail polish spilled on my phone. I expected better. After reviewing the website, my friend tried to make an appt so we could take our 6 and 7 yr olds to the Boutique for their bdays. After calling and emailing, she received a call from the Boutique asking her to email them for an appt. My friend stated that she emailed them 4 days ago and would just like to set up an appt over the phone. The lady obliged. The manicure tables are TV trays. The girls sat on stools. The polish wasn't what I consider high end for a typical salon and my daughter's nails were marred before we made it home. (Only the gooey polish didn't dry-my daughter chose a rainbow of colors). The actual polish job actually looked like a little girl did it. Polish was left on some of the skin surrounding her nails. The pedi chairs are papasan chairs with big bowls on stools to soak their feet. The "make your own lotion" was: pick which plastic container you'd like to fill with our scented lotion. The girls then decorated the container with Sharpie markers which rubbed off before we made it home. If you can't go check our the Boutique before you purchase, I advise you look at the website very closely. Notice the tables and chairs. The princess dresses are very wrinkly. The banquet tables are covered with plastic table cloths. The cute chairs are folding chairs with chair covers and cute satin ribbons. We were the only women in there so I can't speak for the facials and other party themes but I did notice on the website the runway looks like it was made of paper or a plastic table cloth as it is ripped. I think the owner is on the right path and some of the decor is really cute, but this is NOT what we expected (especially for the cost!!!!!!!!!!) and my tween/teenager would have been sadly disappointed. Great experience. My 14 yr old was here the day of her 8th grade social and it was great. The staff was friendly and fun. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends. Keep up the great work. Love the staff. Atmosphere was great! read more
