My family had Dj Mo-T (Asad) for my sister's wedding 10 years ago, so we knew exactly who we wanted as our entertainment team for my wedding this year. Asad went above and beyond! From the DJ emcee services, to the uplighting around the room, to digital screens on our DJ table at the wedding, the indoor sparklers, dance floor lighting, everything was INCREDIBLE! Asad worked with my coordinator, Mariam from Elan Weddings (@elan.weddings) and my sisters to coordinate a surprise from MICKEY SINGH for my wedding. Coordinating with an entirely different entertainment team for a performer is no easy task, but Asad was able to do it all without any issues! Given Asad's experience working with top A-list performers in the past, Asad was the perfect person to help coordinate this performance. Asad's team also included a Dholwala who was spectacular at all of the events! The feedback we received from all of our guests was "the DJ was AMAZING!!!" The playlist at the Mehndi and Shaadi kept open dance floor going for 3 hours both nights!! We had SO much fun at our wedding events all thanks to Asad's incredible team!!! I met with David in July 2024, and even though my wedding wasn't until April 2026, he made himself incredibly available throughout that entire time. Whether it was meeting in person, texting, or chatting over the phone, David was always there to answer the many questions that arose during our extensive wedding planning. He was so easy to work with, exceptionally thorough with information, and even provided great suggestions along the way. Additionally, Irene's Bakery--the bakery the venue partners with--was fantastic! The cake was delicious and delivered right on time. We also worked with DJ Ivan, who did an amazing job! He executed our timeline perfectly and played exactly the songs I had requested. On the day of the wedding, our reception went incredibly smoothly. The room was set up exactly according to the floor plan we had discussed. There was plenty of staff on hand, ensuring that both the head table and every guest table were well taken care of. Everyone was attentive and brought a wonderful, positive energy to the evening. As both the bride and the planner of my own wedding, I intentionally tried to keep things relatively simple--and even so, everything turned out absolutely beautifully. David worked with the schedule of other parties, as well as our availability, and made it possible for us to setup before the wedding rehearsal. We got the much-needed rehearsal, and my daughter got a first look at the decorated venue. She was very VERY happy. The day of the event, everything was perfect when we walked in. We were able to get into the Ballroom early for dressing, pictures, etc. Timing was never an issue as, we spoke with David beforehand and he made everything come together for us. Oscar and Gloria made the entire process, from start to finish, a very easy and smooth process. Many times helping me with suggestions, recommendations, and even last minute emergencies. The entire set up was gorgeous! For dinner, we went with beef and chicken fajitas, and it was a great choice! I wish I got to eat more than I did but I was too busy mingling. The cake!!!!!! Of course, I made sure to get a couple of slices of cake! Luxor referred me to Stephanie @CakeladiesTx and she did NOT disappoint! She was a sweet as her treats ;) She was very patient and help guide my daughter into designing her dream cake. We also decided to order treats from her to add to our fruit and snacks table. Not only were her treats insanely cute but they were good and the first thing to go!!! She was so sweet as to even set the treats table up for us. Now to the best part, the hosts with the most MC Edwin Prietol and Dj Maxter! These two kept my crowd entertained the entire evening! @Djmaxter2k12 contacted me ahead of time to make sure he understood the assignment and he delivered! He had the crowd moving all night! He helped me with sparklers, the "on the clouds" package, and the robot that highlighted our special moments. @Edwinprietol was an amazing MC! He interacted with my crowd, cracked jokes, and made sure he helped guide me thru the evening and keep me on track! I even had some guest message me the day after the event to ask me, who these guys were! My guest had such great feedback but most importantly I truly enjoyed every single bit of my experience with Luxor Banquet Hall. 10/10 recommendation!
