When I called, I reached Heidi who was friendly, knowledable and a great listener - it was important to me that Heidi really took the time to communicate about the arrangement and the delivery process. She even offered to send me a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery. The act of sending flowers tends to be underscored by an emotional event - sometimes a joyous one, sometimes a sad one. To be able to to pick up the phone in California at noon and reach a kind, professional like Heidi who delivers a beautiful floral arrangement to the hospital within two or three hours is priceless. I told her she had a significant budget to make something beautiful. I received a call from the person it was delivered to and they said "you did not get your money's worth." I called the store and the worker told me "I told you the plant I was sending was the last one." She was rude and unwilling to help make amends. She told me I needed to call the person I sent it to and apologize to them. I will not be using their services again.
