I removed the bracket and stopped by ALL Cape Welding to see if they could weld on a new piece. The office manager Sarah said they would try. Took a week to come visit, fine busy season, but then completely blew me off. No quote, no response. I have done multiple fences and never had such a poor experience. Literally, only the second time I have ever posted a review.
