We had the best experience working with My Flooring Expert! We had laid new flooring in our entire home during an add-on construction almost 3 years ago. Unfortunately the original contractor cut corners and didn't level out the dining room and kitchen. This caused boards to shift, lift and crack. Contract is questionable - I had to initial that I would use arbitration process and not sue if there were any issues, or they won't accept me as a client. Project Mgr. assured me that ALL of his workers were licensed, bonded, and insured employees and have been with the business for several years. I found out differently later on. This means that I should have been charged less for my project. However, the workers did great work. I also didn't like how the company bugged me every time an installment payment was due, and it wasn't even the end of the business day. I question their integrity and whether there is a genuine concern for the client. It's all about the company getting paid. read more

I am so glad I called My Flooring Experts. We had previous estimates and felt so much more comfortable with Nir (and team) hands down. When we got the quote for new hardwood floors, the price was more than we could handle due to the glued down engineered wood floors needing to be demo'd and disposed. As an alternative Nir talked to us about laminate floating floors and we had no idea the quality was so high. Although not significantly cheaper than wood, the ability to leave our old floors saved a great deal of money. Nir came back and tolerated my constant mind changing, always with a kind smile. I called My flooring expert office for few questions about the process and my options for refinishing my solid hardwood floors. Since my first call with Guy the owner I knew that I will use Guy and his team. They were so knowledgeable and nice and I decided to schedule an in home estimate meeting. After meeting Nir the project manager and a short presentation in our home we scheduled a start day for the following week. Guy and Carlos was on time and everything was done exactly by the plan. The price was fair but I was very impressed with their customer service from A to Z. I called few days after the project completed and had a small issue with one of my room doors (something that wasn't part of our contract) and Guy send one of his guys the next day to help me with that and did not charge me for that. This was such an amazing experience. I got a couple of bids to repair the water-damaged floor of my hillside dance studio,. when I understood I really needed wood-flooring specialists, if I wanted to restore this very special place to its former beauty. A brief call with Guy at My Flooring Expert affirmed my choice to use real wood-flooring people instead of handymen. He knew just what needed doing, I didn't have to explain you don't paint a dance floor! Nir came out and estimated the job, and a few days later, two amazing young technicians arrived, humped those very heavy sanders up the hill, and spent the day sanding. Nir and I weren't sure that all the water stains would come out, whether I would want to stain the floor darker to have them blend in, but when the technicians had it all sanded, it was perfect. They sealed a small area so I could see what would look like without any stain, and I flipped it was so beautiful. I left three days for the job but it was done in one. Sanding is a dirty job, but you wouldn't even know they'd been there. I am so glad I hired these guys. Knowledge and expertise is everything when it comes to hardwood floors and My Flooring Expert was worth every penny. read more

We contracted My Flooring Expert to install new flooring in our 680 sq. ft. mobile home. We met with Nir and he measured the unit and made suggestions as to what would work best in our unit. The pricing was great and we moved forward with My Flooring Expert. Here is where the five star rating comes in. We live out of state so we had to leave Nir a key for his crew. I'd be lying if I did not say I was a little nervous. But the crew with My Flooring Expert showed up at the time they said they would (we knew this because we had to buzz them in) and they did a great job.
