This place is WONDERFUL! after a stressful week I'm always looking forward to my 90 min massage.

We saw this place as drove past and decided to see if we could get an appointment here. We called and they had availability within the next half hour. They are located on the west side of Federal Highway. The strip is a bit run down with a tattoo parlor, an Asian market, a psychic, a smoke shop, and a few other stores easily accessed from the main road. There's parking right out front. My husband and I came for two half-hour foot massages. And when we arrived, they took us right away. We were ushered into a front room which had two chaises, where we were directed to lie down. We were covered with towels and a covering was placed over our eyes. There was soft relaxing music playing in the background. Unlike other food massage places, we did not soak our feet in water. Instead, our feet were cleaned with alcohol spray and a wash cloth. The massage itself concentrated on our feet only. There was a very small time on the lower legs. Even though it wasn't the best foot massage I've ever had, it's always a relaxing and welcome experience to have this done. So I'm very glad we came. This place is very clean and professionally run. Lily did an amazing job with a combo massage and foot massage. The pressure was firm, as requested, and she knew how to relax the tension in the muscles. A nice touch was cleaning the massage oil with a warm towel after each body part. Kevin was phenomenal, one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. Ninety minutes, while long, was the perfect amount of time to deal with all of my sore spots, particularly a sore lower back. It was extremely intense, just what I wanted. Kevin was very thoughtful in where he applied pressure and utilized hands, fingers, forearms, elbows, feet (standing on me), in a great combination. They offer more gentle massages as well, but if you need a deep tissue sports style massage, this was perfect! read more

Amazing massages!!! My friend and I went on a Saturday afternoon because we couldn't get into one of the chain massage joints. If I had know about how good this one was I would not have even tried another one. The had plenty of availability and I think we would have even been able to just walk in. Both my friend and I had specific pains and both of our masseuses honed in on our areas of discomfort. Jenny and Ava were friendly, professional and two of the best masseuses, and I have massages often. Although the shopping area doesn't look like much, the establishment was clean and comfortable and the ambiance was great for a relaxing massage. I also love that you can get a body, foot or chair massage. I had the full body. The prices were average, probably a little lower compared to the chain massage places especially in Stuart. Next time I go back to Stuart I intend to get another to go back to My Foot Spa & Massage. Don't waste your time looking for something else . . . try this place! read more

These folks are very nice and they do a good job. The place is clean with a nice calming atmosphere. The only reason I stopped going was because they kept raising prices. $60 now- wow. Excellent! Just what I needed after moving boxes from my storage unit to a U box and a lot of recent exercise as well. Kevin gave just the right amount of pressure to awaken the trouble areas and then release what felt like air pockets. Didn't intend to but was so relaxed caught a few zzzzz's. We came here on a whim as I wanted to try this for a gift got the holidays for my wife. When we walked in, there is no frills. It's straight go to town mode. Let me tell you. It began with a smile and ended with the feet loose. I had David as my massage therapist. He was a no bs kinda guy. At first, I got worried. It was the head massage which was light and foo foo. I was like oh god here we go on the garbage massage. But then boom. He tore my feet up. I heard crunching and ooof my feet were bad along with the ankles. By the end it was the body portion. My back was sore from working out but then from other issues. I felt it all the way through. At the end, I feel way better. My feet are happier. Where has David been all my life ? read more

Leo gave a very strong sports massage. A few times a has to ask him to be a little lighter. Afterwards my back and shoulders felt much better. So glad I found this gem of a place. It's next door to the store where I got my knives sharpened. The place is clean and peaceful. Andy gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. I got tired of going to beautiful spas that gave me mediocre massages. I need a painfully good massage ... to get all my knots out. So worth the $70 for an hour plus $15 tip. I have been in Stuart for 3 days - and have had a foot massage here every day! Lilly is "small but mighty" and gives a very intense massage where I need it. She is also very gentle and gives a relaxing massage in areas that just need to be soothed. I fell asleep 2 out of 3 times! Wonderful experience, will definitely go back every time I'm in Stuart! OMG, what an exceptional experience! We have been searching for competent foot spa and massage place in the PSL area for quite some time - we usually have to drive over an hour to our old place because we couldn't find any place good here. We stumbled on My Foot Spa & Massage this morning and headed in to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! My husband got a 90 minute full body deep tissue massage and I got a 90 minute reflexology foot massage. I never left any place so fully relaxed. The absolute best! Even though I had the reflexology foot massage, that includes working on my arms, shoulders, neck and back. I had Leo who used the perfect amount of pressure to fully work out all my knots and relax my muscles without pain. My husband had Mei and she was equally as amazing. His massage included hot stones and she also walked on his back. I can't wait to return next week! Prices are in line with other places in the area but the experience was far better. Wow! Extraordinary! I had the Deep Tissue Massage with Leo and had remarkable results. My back was in excruciating pain for over four months, and nothing was working. I tried acupuncture, but my muscle was so tense that it spit the needles right out! My Foot Spa & Massage was recommended by my doctor's office, and I decided to go. I was immediately greeted by Mei in the reception area. She was very kind, and sincerely empathetic to my pain. She explained the many different therapeutic massages, and I chose the Deep Tissue Massage. The massage was outstanding! Therapeutic is the operative word. Leo was not only able to soften the knots in my back, but he also released tension in knots I didn't realize I had. I instantly saw how the massage improved my range of motion.
