Bottom line: I rate Mr. Flannigan 10/10 without hesitation, and will definitely recommend him to friend. Mr. Flannigan really changed our perspective on dealing with real estate agents. He went above and beyond all our expectations and made the transition of moving from San Diego to Colorado Springs much more manageable. Our first experience with Mr. Flannigan was on a fact-finding trip, assessing if the move to the Springs was right for us. He understood what we were doing, and that we did not intend to purchase a home at that time, but he still pulled out all the stops and spent a full day showing us around town. We continued communications over the next 6 months, but unlike most other realtors, the communication was not pestering or trying to pressure us into something we were not ready for. Once we finalized our move into a temporary apartment in the Springs, the hunt began. Mr. Flannigan did not hesitate or procastinate setting up appointments as soon as we were ready to start looking. He was extremely flexible and more than enthusiastic to view each and every property that caught our eye. I am still amazed at the level of effort Mr. Flannigan put into finding us our home, and how easy it was to communicate with him at any time throughout the day. I applaud his patience through the whole process, his enthusiasm never faultered, and he always greeted us with a huge smile. We looked at more than 60 properties over the course of nearly 2 months. I would expect an average agent to reduce their level of effort and involvement, and begin to adopt the attitude of "these people are just wasting my time", but not Mr. Flannigan. He remained excited, involved, and supportive, even on the days we viewed 15 different homes! I also have to note his insight and superior guidance. Mr. Flannigan is extremely knowledgeable on the housing market in the Springs, and provided step-by-step guidance for us as first-time homebuyers. I have heard stories about how stressful buying a home can be for people, so I credit him with making the process as stress-free as possible. Mr. Flannigan always put our desires and interest first. He did not try to persuade us to buy a more expensive home in order to receive a greater commission or any other shady tactic that some agents may try. Mr. Flannigan knew our budget and did everything in his power to find us a property that met our criteria. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, and it's taken me a year to get to this one, but Tammy is wonderful and deserves it! I bought my first home and sold my first home with her, and it was a great experience. I felt like I was working with a family member, and she was very patient with my nerves and my questions! She never made me feel rushed or pressured, but helped me to move through the process. She was honest and extremely knowledgeable about the area. She encouraged me to consider resell value knowing that I'm military and would likely move again, which paid off tremendously. In a market where things were extremely competitive and some realtors were cutting corners, she always steered me away from bad deals. What an amazing experience! I listed my home for sale in August 2017 with another realtor. We had a lot of interest for the first 30 days, but no offers. I was advised to keep lowering the price every 15 to 30 days after that, after 3 or 4 price drops we finally had an offer in October that was well below asking price. My wife and I decided to not take the offer and left the price where it was through December, then took the house off the market. Now please understand we had already moved to Florida so we had to pay for 2 households, which I'm sure everyone can understand created a big financial strain! My first time meeting Tammy was when I was house hunting with a friend on a cold snowy Saturday here in Colorado Springs.
