I was thoroughly impressed with the bid/estimate process, the communication, and the execution of the work. I feel lucky that Hector B. and Robert M. were my "crew" to remedy the mistakes of the prior painter and start the new outdoor project. From the meticulous attention to detail to the thorough prep work on day 1, it was clear that Hector and Robert were going to transform my space. October 21, 2025 I called The Plumbing Company for a leaking shower. I had replaced the valves and…read moreseats myself earlier in the day and just couldn't get the shower to stop dripping. The owner and one of his workers came the next morning and told me they were surprised what I'd done hadn't fixed the issue. Even so they replaced the new valve washers just to be sure and reinstalled the seats with teflon tape and tested it out. Sure enough, they had the issue fixed quickly and didn't make a mess doing it. They charges me their minimum hour which honestly I thought was not only reasonable but fair especially given the weather that day.
