This is a health food store, NOT a restaurant!! (I understand they have been trying to get Yelp to change that for over a year). My initial disappointment was overcome by the very knowledgeable co-owner, Cathy, and the wide selection of healthy products, vitamins, aroma therapy oils and alkaline water, just to name a few. I believe that you get what you pay for. Ten dollars at Natures Delight gets you a delicious and nutritious meal. My husband and I had lunch here and really enjoyed it. We had hibiscus tea, the chipotle wrap (which wasn't spicy), and the veggie burger. After lunch we spent way too much money at the health food store. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. This was the only vegetarian restaurant I could find in the Auburndale/Winter Haven area, so thank goodness it's a good one! read more

Being a foodie, vegan, and using holistic go-to's for treating a variety of ailments, I was really excited to see an organic store and cafe in an area that hosts 3 barbecue events back to back. I WAS DISCOURAGED by a couple of friends of mine that made note of My Nature's Delight being expensive' and setting 'high prices'. Ever go to a Whole Foods? My Nature's Delight's prices are VERY reasonable, especially for a small business buying at cost in smaller quantities, and their selection is the best I've seen in the Winter Haven area. They even carry certain items in their own brand. MUST BE MENTIONED that the staff is awesome, friendly, and very helpful. Go!!! Check it out! read more

Dr.Corlis is beautiful inside and out . I didn't have the money to cover my purchase and Dr. Corlis gave me the bottle valued over $50.00. Who else would do that for you? Pricey!! Staff won't (can't?) answer simple health questions. Instead, they require an appointment/consult with the owner, Naturopathic Doctor of 'Medical Ministry' (whatever that is?). They want to scan your hand on some machine for a treatment diagnosis. (Red Flag!) Understand, you are 'Charged a Fee' to get a simple answer! This place gave me the creeps! Plenty of other good health food stores around the area that offer health assistance and good product knowledge information without consult fees and scams! read more

I love this little shop especially being a vegan. I first went here to get some Dr bronners soap when I moved here from New York. They were about to close but the owner left it open for me to browse and find what I needed. They have bulk herbs, oils, and Castile soap as well as plenty of supplement and essential oils. Ask anything about a product and the staff is knowledgeable. They also have homeopathic remedies as well. I really love their food selection personally. Trying to find certain vegan options on this area is super difficult, but I can always count on them to have it. They have vegan cheese, vegetables, veganaise, frozen meals, nut milks, and even vegan cookies. They have a wide array of the standard health fare cooking oils, etc. everything is awesome. They also have awesome sales and clearance items. It's a must check out if you are wanting to stay healthy, supplement, or try some natural healing. So sad that they don't have the vegan cafe in their new location :( read more

This place is so over priced it is travesty! Went there with my girlfriend for a fresh vegetable juice drink. They prepared it out of view. The drinks were foamy, watered down and small portion compared to any others I have ever had. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the cashier who acted concerned but expected payment. They were actually playing gospel music in the store! It was ridiculous. We are never going back there ever, ever again. read more

Wow, traveled here with my kids and family to experience such an awesome staff, variety of gluten free- allergy - free foods, snacks, supplements and just WOW! The store has a concept that should be embraced rather than critised. As a Chrisitian, it's refreshing to hear classical and or gospel music . The owner of this establishing is brave, cutting edge, intelligent and equipped with knowledge . I (we) embrace and appreciate the owners strength and endurance to structure a unique establishment rather than mirror others I have visited ,including nearby. In my opinion , be aware of some of the reviews on this page, which almost prevented my family from visiting today. We are elated we followed our instinct. The prices are not high at all. In fact lower than most markets traveled. In addition, the owner is a licensed consultant pharmacist, with many degrees in other disciplines. Why shouldn't she charge for her services? my first visit the customer service was terrible as the two young ladies were more interested in chatting to each other - 2nd visit, customer service was better as there was only 1 person but they are way overpriced - after hearing the price of my item I wished I had taken the time to stop at a different place on my way there. read more
