We went in here to have a bit of a look around while we saved the necessary money to actually buy a set. I was impressed with the range they had in here, although we didn't actually end up buying at this shop. The service was really very good, and the sales person wasn't at all pushy or overly annoying. I'd be happy to recommend this place to people looking for a new set of glasses.

Optometrist Mitchell Turner and his team - Maria, etc…read more were so helpful and patient in working through an issue I had with a contact that floated up in my eyeball, which I couldn't remove. Not an easy feat to pull out a contact out of sight, but Dr. Turner worked through several options to remove and also replace my lens even though I was from U.S. and didn't know my exact prescription. My appointment was made same day and in less than 24 hours I had a prescription and a high index lenses and frames ready for pick up. Maybe it's been a while since my last eye test but I feel that they have more tech on deck! If you are picking up glasses, you actually have to book an appointment to ensure fitting is right. I didn't have to this whenever I pick up my specs at opsm. Again I'm feeling impressed by the thorough service. Good value specs and I'm happy to return

The Optometrists are also friendly & efficient, making you feel comfortable & at ease during the entire 'testing period' - explaining clearly why they do each specific test. When you make an appointment they are always ready & waiting for you. If you just want to see what frames are available - I can assure you that you can look at your leisure - without being 'bugged' by over zealous staff!
