We had a taxi booked in advance 2 hours so we wouldn't be late for work. This is important because…read moretheres repercussions for being late ( like all jobs ) we called around 1 hour and 50 minutes later to figure out why they were late or if they were still even coming and apparently they were gonna be right down and he was just finishing a run half hour passed and he just shows up after a 10 minuit drive that made us 30 minuits late. We were docked an hour pay and given a slap on the wrist and told that if it ever happens again it was her job. I called to see if at least we could get reimbursed or if we even had to pay. Considering it cost her an hour's pay. The dispatch lady was so rude that she raised her voice and got snippy. So I got upset and told her that it was ridiculous to take a call and send who was apparently there only driver on a run that would take them too long and that she shouldn't talk to me like that and she simply hung up. Needless to say this taxi service is sub par at best and I'd recommend it to nobody.
