As for this location, my first thing to note, if there is a large puddle in the parking lot, don't park in it. It's not rain water - there is a sewage issue and the parking lot often has flooded spots. I parked near it on my last visit, and you could smell the sewage and there was wet tissue in the puddle. Just find another spot. I can usually find what I am looking for at a decent price here. Lots of items are damaged, but you have to know what you're getting. Also, if you're buying something with words, check the spelling. An associate and I had a great laugh at a few misspelled Christmas items last year. There are usually some pretty good sales on most the things, so I'll stock up on little holiday extras here and there. They have a lot of registers, but usually only a few are open. I like the staff there mostly, everyone is pretty friendly. I also notice that, unlike the Dollar Tree next door, they actively keep people away from loitering at the doors.

I verified the service, and price with her, in the presence of two employees, and a date was set for 5 weeks later. One day before the appointment Nomita stated that she wouldn't honor the agreed upon (and advertised) price of $200, she now wanted $300. She demanded to know where I'd seen the price, so I sent her a link to her page. She claimed, in a dizzying series of defensive emails, the web page in question was either outdated, existed only in a "black hole," hadn't existed for 6 years, was from 2013, or never existed at all. She didn't seem sure. In reality, it was 2 clicks from her home page up until that day, when she had it removed. I realized this wasn't someone I could work with, at any price. When she realized there was no convincing defense for jacking up the price at the last minute, she wrote this: "You are taking advantage of me as a minority woman owned business!" As yet, I've no clue what that refers to. So it's pretty offensive, not just to me, but to anyone who's been legitimately affected that way. Not very impressive. Neither is the "I looked up how to respond to negative reviews on the Internet" non-response below.

This place is LOADED with awesome decor for any and all occasions. I came in to pick up some pieces for a fancy Christmas tree a friend is decorating and now I know why their trees are so beautiful, we found their secret! The nice lady whom I forgot her name has been in business for over 40 years! She's super sweet and the staff were very kind, great prices too for a small business!
