Then I received a super scary letter from the IRS about a very large amount of money that I supposedly owed from 2011. And by the time I actually got around to opening the letter, (yeah it's been one of those years) the deadline was in three days. And it was Sunday. I called Miriam first thing Monday morning. She told me to come on in, no problem. She was calm, friendly, and instantly made me feel like it was all going to be ok. She finished all of my 2012 taxes in just a couple hours, navigating easily through what I would consider one tricky circumstance after another. I had expected to potentially owe money this year, but instead she found me a substantial refund! She solved the issue with 2011 the next day, filing an amended return to meet the deadline, despite the fact that she was booked that entire day! I imagine she must have worked a lot of overtime to help me out, it was so above and beyond, I was amazed. And for all of this she charged me a very reasonable fee, with no additional cost for the rush job. She figured out that I didn't actually owe anything, in fact she got me an additional refund! I can't say enough good things about my experience, basically Miriam took away all my stress and left me with a whole lot more money! Bottom line- I will never do my own taxes again, I will be going back to Miriam forever.

They hide behind generic job descriptions without having any foreknowledge about the job itself, they never return phone calls, and they treat their candidates like dirt. I'm one of them and I fully intend to raise the roof about this particular office. ANY other division of Office Team across the US is a thousand times more effectual in their job matching abilities and they at least return a phone call and treat you with respect. This is why recruiting companies are going away, because of offices like this one. One point I'd like to make, without Office Team's help, I was able to land a terrific job and I am always the decision maker in my role when it comes time to call upon the services of a staffing agency. Office Team will never be mentioned in any conversation that isn't prefaced by seething contempt. You should terminate the entire office, salt the earth and start over.

Definitely counting my lucky stars for Laredo because I had some printing to do and legitimately…read morethought I was SOL on it. On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.
