Seems rates are increasing much faster than the service - what is the district doing to compensate for selling less water - raising prices. What is the district doing to reduce operating $$$? I do not see many solar panels near the pumping stations, I do not hear of any automation of meter reading - yes there is an electronic meter counter on top of the box that helps the person read it more easily. where and what are any cost savings being initiated? I've not heard of any staff adjustments?? read more

Very poor customer service. They use an outside billing company that is impossible to log into. They ask for you account number which is never found. read more
