Multiple points of conversation during the cleaning process as well, to confirm they received the chairs, reviewed them, confirmed they could clean them, and that the price would be what we discussed. Timeliness: Got our chairs back to us a week earlier than we had discussed. Quality of work: Chairs look brand new; picked up and delivered with care.
